Description
Claims (8)
- Vorrichtung zum Feinschneiden von Werkstücken aus einem Werkstoff (1) mit einer unter dem Druck eines Ringzackenzylinders (13) stehenden Pressplatte (10) mit Ringzacke (11) und einem in der Pressplatte (10) geführten Schneidstempel (9), dem an einem Stössel (7) eine Schneidplatte (17) mit Gegenhalter (16) (Auswerfer) zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Stössel (7) gegen zumindest einen Kompensationszylinder (22) abgestützt ist, der mit dem Ringzackenzylinder (13) hydraulisch verbunden ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass vier Kompensationszylinder (22) vorgesehen sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem/den Kompensationszylinder/n (22) ein Kolben (23) angeordnet und über eine Kolbenstange (24) fest mit dem Stössel (7) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine wirksame Querschnittsfläche des/der Kompensationskolben (23) gleich einer wirksamen Querschnittsfläche eines Ringzackenzylinderkolbens (12) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringzackenzylinder (13) auf einem Querhaupt (3) eines Maschinenrahmens (2) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Stössel (7) noch gegen zumindest einen Hauptzylinder (19.1, 19.2) abstützt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Kolben (20.1, 20.2) des Hauptzylinders (19.1, 19.2) eine wirksame Querschnittsfläche aufweist, die grösser als diejenige des/der Kompensationskolben (23) ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die hydraulische Verbindung (25) zwischen Kompensationszylinder (22) und Ringzackenzylinder (13) auch eine Verbindung (26) über ein Logikventil (27) zu einem Öltank aufweist.
