Claims (7)
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät zur Erzeugung einer zumindest teilweise schlagenden Bewegung eines Werkzeugs (11) mit einem pneumatischen Schlagwerk (2) und einer Leerschlagabschaltung des Schlages bei fehlendem axialen Gegendruck über das Werkzeug (11), wobei sich im Falle des Leerschlags ein Flugkolben (6), ein optionaler Döpper (7) und das optional aufgenommene Werkzeug (11) in einer Leerschlagposition (9) befindet, welche von einem Sensor (14) abgetastet und mit einer zugeordneten Kontrolleinheit (15) ausgewertet wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass im Falle eines Leerschlags von der Kontrolleinheit (15) die Drehzahl eines Erregerantriebs (3) auf eine vorher festgelegte Drehzahl absenkbar ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (14) die Leerschlagposition (9) des Werkzeugs (11) oder alternativ des Döppers (7) oder alternativ des Flugkolbens (6) abtastet.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 1 oder Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (14) als induktiver oder kapazitiver Sensor ausgeführt ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sensor (14) als Hall-Sensor mit einem relativ zu diesem bewegbaren Magneten (13) ausgeführt ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Magnet (13) mit einem Stellglied (12) verbunden ist, welcher die Leerschlagposition (9) des Werkzeugs (11) oder alternativ des Döppers (7) oder alternativ des Flugkolbens (5) abtastet.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Erregerantrieb (3) über eine Motorelektronik (16) eines Elektromotors (17) steuerbar ist.
- Elektrohandwerkzeuggerät nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Erregerantrieb (3) und ein optionaler Drehantrieb Teil eines von einem gemeinsamen Elektromotor (17) angetriebenen Getriebes ist.
