Claims (2)
eine Anforderungsempfangseinheit (45), die zum Bestimmen (12) konfiguriert ist, wann ein HS-DSCH- Zellenwechsel angefordert wird;
eine Statuserfassungsschaltung (45), die zum Bestimmen (20) des Status von Daten konfiguriert ist und Paketdateneinheiten ("packet data units" - PDUs) umfasst, die zu dem UE (32) vor dem Zellenwechsel gesendet werden;
eine Berichtgenerierungsschaltung (45), die zum Generieren (20) eines Statusberichts auf der Basis der Bestimmung konfiguriert ist, wobei der HS-DSCH-Zellenwechsel durchgeführt wird durch externe Erfassung des Bedarfs an einem HS-DSCH-Zellenwechsel, Informieren des UE (32) über den Zellenwechsel, Bestimmen des Status von Daten, die beim UE (32) empfangen werden, Generieren eines Statusberichts auf der Basis des Status des Datenempfangs beim UE, Senden des Statusberichts vom UE zum RNC (49), um bei dem RNC (49) auf der Basis des Statusberichts die Daten zu bestimmen, die zu dem UE (32) zu übertragen sind; und
eine Sendeschaltung (46) zum Senden des Datenstatusberichts.
