Abstract
<p>La presente invención describe nuevos derivados de pirimidina de fórmula (I)</p> <p>ESPACIO PARA FÓRMULA</p> <p>que parecen interactuar con Ia tirosina quinasa de Bruton (Btk). De acuerdo con lo anterior, los derivados novedosos de amino pirimidina pueden ser efectivos en el tratamiento de trastornos autoinmunes, enfermedades inflamatorias, enfermedades alérgicas, enfermedades de las vias aéreas, tales como asma y enfermedad pulmonar obstructiva crónica (EPOC), rechazo de trasplantes, cánceres, por ejemplo tumores sólidos o de origen hematopoyético.</p>
