Abstract

En la presente memoria se desvela un procedimiento de preparación de un extracto de café, que comprende las etapas de: proporcionar una mezcla de granos de café tostados y agua, moler la mezcla de granos de café tostados y agua en una cámara presurizada, y separar la mezcla molida en un extracto de café líquido y posos de café. El extracto de café mantiene muchos de los componentes aromatizantes de los granos tostados.
