本实用新型提供一种质量轻、成本低并方便回收利用的复合托盘。复合托盘,由面板和支撑脚构成托盘本体,所述面板和支撑脚采用EPS泡沫板制成,在所述托盘本体外包覆一层PET吸塑膜。本实用新型在EPS发泡产品外采用吸塑成型工艺外包PET膜,操作简单,可实现批量生产,具有自重轻、可防水、防潮、防腐,方便回收利用的优点;由于PET膜具有很好的韧性和耐候性,更符合产品的户外运输和转运;PET膜厚度薄,可最大程度的降低成本和重量;不夹杂其它材料,方便回收利用。

本实用新型涉及一种具有承载能力的包装托盘。
背景技术
常用托盘的结构主要包括面板及支撑脚,面板用来承托货物,支撑脚用来支撑面板,使面板与地面保持一定距离,方便转运叉车或手动液压叉车叉卸转运作业。
传统的托盘主要有铁制托盘、木托盘、胶合板托盘、塑料注塑托盘几大类别。其中铁制托盘因自重过大,成本高,在实际转运中具有一定的局限性;胶合板托盘和木托盘都容易受潮,且生产过程中浪费大量木料,对环境具有一定的破坏性,且木托盘由于在转运过程中容易传播植物寄生虫,因此需要熏蒸,熏蒸时使用的溴甲烷对人体具有一定的危害;塑料注塑托盘成本高,制作工艺复杂。
CN1583519A公开了一种由发泡材料制成的复合托盘,由承载板面、支撑柱、U型装饰槽、支撑柱附件、保护网或条组合而成。U型装饰槽由金属或塑料制成,保护网由金属或塑料制成,这种发泡材料具有承载能力强、自重轻、成本低、可防水、防潮、防腐的特点,但结构复杂,制作安装不方便,且回收利用需要拆卸分类,不方便回收利用。

本实用新型所要解决的技术问题是提供一种质量轻、成本低并方便回收利用的复合托盘。
本实用新型解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:复合托盘,由面板和支撑脚构成托盘本体,所述面板和支撑脚采用EPS泡沫板制成,在所述托盘本体外包覆一层PET吸塑膜。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本实用新型由面板1和支撑脚3构成托盘本体,面板1和支撑脚3采用EPS(可发性聚苯乙烯)泡沫板制成,在托盘本体外包覆一层PET(聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯)吸塑膜2,PET吸塑膜2的厚度在1.5mm以下。
上述面板1和支撑脚3采用一体结构,再包覆PET吸塑膜2,操作简单,可实现批量生产。

1.复合托盘,由面板(1)和支撑脚(3)构成托盘本体,其特征在于:所述面板(1)和支撑脚(3)采用EPS泡沫板制成,在所述托盘本体外包覆一层PET吸塑膜(2)。
2.如权利要求1所述的复合托盘,其特征在于:所述PET吸塑膜(2)的厚度在2mm以下。
3.如权利要求1所述的复合托盘,其特征在于:所述面板(1)和支撑脚(3)采用一体结构。
