本实用新型涉及一种木塑托盘，包括木塑承重板，其特征是木塑承重板下设有木塑底板，木塑底板与木塑承重板之间设有三支木塑支承板，形成两个空腔方便叉车搬运，结构简单，加工方便，且使用木塑材料制成，对废物回收利用，保护环境，降低了原材料成本。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种托盘，特别涉及一种采用木塑结构的托盘。
背景技术
托盘是堆放货物的载体，是机械化装卸，搬运中的工具，托盘的在现代物流系统中的需求量非常大，根据相关部门统计，我国每年要使用的托盘在2亿只以上。实木托盘占托盘产量的90％以上，其他的还有钢制，塑料，木质人造板的。实木托盘需要消耗大量木材，且传播虫害，随着森林资源的日益减少，大量实用实木托盘也不利于生态资源的可持续发展。
木塑复合材料是采用热熔塑料，包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯以及它们的共聚物作为胶粘剂，用木质粉料，如：木材、农植物秸秆、农植物壳类物粉料为填充物，经挤压法成型或压制法，注塑法成型所形成的复合材料。其中的热熔塑料原料可采用工业或生活的废弃物料，木粉也可以采用木材加工的下脚料，小经材苯低品质木材，从生产原料的角度而言，木质塑料制品减缓和免除了塑料废弃物的公害污染，也免除了农植物焚烧给环境带来的污染。
发明内容
本实用新型的发明目的是提供一种结构简单的木塑结构的托盘。
本实用新型的技术方案是：一种木塑托盘，包括木塑底板与木塑承重板，木塑底板与木塑承重板之间设有支承板，其中木塑底板和木塑承重板两端和中间分别设有支承板，在三个支承板与木塑底板和木塑承重板之间形成两个空腔，用以插入叉车，方便搬运。
所述木塑承重板和木塑底板可以由多个木塑板条组成。
本实用新型采用了木塑材料作为主体结构，节省了木材资源，而且对塑料品进行了回收利用，能起到很好的环保效果，本实用新型结构简单，由木塑底板、木塑承重板和支承板组成，加工简单，方便叉车搬运。

具体实施方式
本实施例的主体采用木塑复合材料制成，木塑复合材料是采用热熔塑料，包括聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚氯乙烯以及它们的共聚物作为胶粘剂，用木质粉料，如：木材、农植物秸秆、农植物壳类物粉料为填充物，经挤压法成型或压制法，注塑法成型所形成的木塑复合材料。
使用木塑复合材料制作工业用托盘有以下优点：
1、可使用再生材料：木粉，植物纤维合废旧塑料，产品不需要作防腐处理，无污染。
2、不需要日常维护，使用寿命比木材长，不吸湿不收潮，不腐烂，防虫，不破裂、开裂，不变形，对冷热环境不敏感。
3、木塑复合材料机械性能好，不仅有像天然木材那样的外观，而且克服了其不足。
4、木塑复合材料95％的原料为再生材料，所以成本较低。
5、木塑复合材料中用作基材的塑料，一般可分为聚乙烯，聚丙烯，聚苯乙烯或ABS苯。根据成本，原料来源和性价比的要求，采用不同的配比，可得到不同应用场合的木塑复合材料。
如图1所示本实施例，包括木塑底板1与木塑承重板2，木塑底板1与木塑承重板2之间设有木塑支承板4，其中木塑支承板4分别设在木塑底板1与木塑承重板2之间的两端与中间，在三个木塑支承板4与木塑底板1和木塑承重板2之间形成两个空腔，用以插入叉车，方便搬运，木塑承重板和木塑底板可以由多个木塑板条3组成，木塑板条3如图1中所示均匀排列形成木塑承重板2与木塑底板1。
Claims (2)
1、一种木塑托盘，包括木塑承重板，其特征是木塑承重板下设有木塑底板，木塑底板与木塑承重板之间设有三支木塑支承板，三支木塑支承板分别设在木塑承重板与木塑底板之间的两端位置与中间位置，木塑承重板与木塑底板之间的位置被三支木塑支承板划分为两个空腔。
2、如权利要求1所述的木塑托盘，其特征是所述的木塑承重板与木塑底板由木塑板条组成，木塑板条均匀排列设置在木塑支承板上。
