橡胶模具，其特征为：它是由橡胶活块、主轴木模型组成，，橡胶活块安装在主轴木模型上。
本实用新型具有工艺操作简单、方便、灵活；降低生产成本；提高生产效率等优点。

橡胶模具，其特征为：它是由橡胶活块1、主轴木模型2组成，，橡胶活块1安装在主轴木模型2上。
实施例：
如图1和图2所示，秸杆膨化机主机的螺旋主轴，主轴为木模型2，螺旋叶片采用硬脂橡胶做成橡胶活块1，橡胶活块1安装在主轴木模型2上，硬脂橡胶材料的硬度在树脂砂造型时，能够满足铸造造型工艺的要求，能够保证工艺尺寸不变；在造型起模时由于橡胶具有柔软性，虽然树脂砂型已硬化但橡胶活块也能顺利地从砂型中起出来，造出合格的铸件。

1、橡胶模具，其特征为：它是由橡胶活块(1)、主轴木模型(2)组成，橡胶活块(1)安装在主轴木模型(2)上。
2、根据权利要求1所述的橡胶模具，其特征为：所述的橡胶活块(1)为螺旋状。
