本实用新型的技术方案是这样实现的：
螺旋给料器铸件简易砂型铸造模具结构，其特征为：它是由螺旋附模和主模体组成，螺旋附模镶入主模体中，螺旋附模镶入主模体组成上型模和下型模，上型模和下型模相匹配。
本实用新型具有结构简单，工艺操作简单、方便、灵活等特点。

下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的具体实施方案。
螺旋给料器铸件简易砂型铸造模具结构，其特征为：它是由螺旋附模1和主模体2组成，螺旋附模1镶入主模体2中，螺旋附模1镶入主模体2组成上型模3和下型模4，上型模3和下型模4相匹配。
实施例：
如图1所示，螺旋附模1高韧性橡胶；主模体2为木制或金属均可。
螺旋附模1镶入主模体2中，主模体2脱模后，利用件1的高强度和高韧性，沿螺旋脱模。
此件采用自硬树脂砂砂型铸造，主要铸造过程如下：
铸件造型，砂型固化后，在起模的过程中，由于螺旋附模1没有拔模角，所以起模时螺旋附模1和主模体2分离，主模体2与螺旋附模1脱开，螺旋附模1留在砂型内。随后利用螺旋附模1的高强度和高韧性，再将螺旋附模1从砂型中取出，造型过程完成，合箱后浇注，即可生产出符合要求的铸件。
本实用新型具有以下优点：
1、工艺操作简单、方便、灵活。
2、降低生产成本。
3、提高生产效率。
