本实用新型涉及一种铸造生产中合箱所使用的工装设备，特别涉及一种不变形的卡槽式箱卡。
（二） 背景技术
大型铸钢件生产合箱所使用的固定方式有卡槽式、螺栓固定式等。以往的卡槽式箱卡存在诸多缺陷：结构简单、易变形、重复利用率低。箱卡在使用过程中变形会影响砂箱之间的紧固力，在浇注过程中会涨箱，容易导致铸件尺寸超差。
（三） 发明内容
本实用新型为了弥补现有技术的不足，提供了一种结构强度高、重复使用率高、使用方便、生产出的产品精度高的卡槽式箱卡。
本实用新型是通过如下技术方案实现的：
一种卡槽式箱卡，包括箱卡本体，其特征是：所述箱卡本体表面设置有加强筋。
本实用新型的有益效果是：结构强度大大提升，相比以往的箱卡具有不易变形、重复利用率高、可多次反复利用的的优点，使得其相对成本更加低廉；在使用过程中，不会发生涨箱，生产出的铸件可满足尺寸精度的要求。

采用本实用新型的一种卡槽式箱卡，在轮廓结构上不像以往的箱卡本体1是平面，其箱卡本体1表面增加加强筋2，其结构强度大大提升，相比以往的箱卡具有不易变形、重复利用率高，可多次反复利用的的优点。以往结构的箱卡有效利用次数在25-30次，采用本实用新型结构的箱卡利用次数远远大于100次，其成本相对更加低廉。本实用新型箱卡的制作也比较简单，在模具公司制作出模具后，就可以在实际生产造型时，顺便将此箱卡浇铸成型。落砂将其抛丸后，只要将边缘用气割割平整后就可以使用。
