不锈钢车具有重量轻、防腐性能好、维修费用低的优点,其市场前景十分广阔。采用B型不锈钢车车体断面结构的车辆与碳钢车相比较,不锈钢的耐腐蚀程度是碳钢的2~3倍。因此,车辆的使用寿命远高于碳钢车,运用和维修成本非常低。但由于不锈钢与碳钢的材质不同,导致实际生产过程中车身结构也需要很大的改变,以适应不锈钢制造车身。

本实用新型提供一种不锈钢轨道客车侧墙门口连接机构,解决了原有碳钢车身结构无法适应不锈钢生产车身的问题。

具体实施方式
根据图1所示,本实用新型由侧墙钢门框1、侧墙外墙板2、侧墙立柱3,其中,侧墙立柱3(1mm厚不锈钢帽型梁),与侧墙外墙板2(1.5mm厚不锈钢板)点焊到一起后,再与侧墙钢门框1(4mm厚不锈钢槽型梁)点焊连接到一起构成侧墙门口连接机构。
