本发明公开了一种高硬度高耐磨性水性木器漆及其制备方法,其重量配比的各组分为:水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚乳液L-3928 60-80份;水性聚氨酯树脂L-2967 10-30份;润湿剂TEGO270 0.1-1份;纳米氧化铝浆VK-L30W 0-5份;消泡剂BYK028 0-1份;成膜助剂二丙二醇甲醚1-10份;防腐剂HTK-30 0-2份;水1-20份;流平剂EFKA3772 0.1-1份;流平剂EFKA3034 0.1-1份;增稠剂RM-12W 0.1-1份。本发明产品硬度高,耐磨性好,在保持光泽不变的情况下大大的提高硬度;采用双组份流平剂使产品的手感、丰满度提高。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于涂料领域,具体涉及一种高硬度高耐磨性水性木器漆及其制备方法。
背景技术
由于传统溶剂型涂料是造成环境污染的一个主要原因,溶剂型涂料以有机溶剂为主要分散介质,在涂料生产和使用过程中,挥发的有机溶剂不但会对人体的健康造成影响,而且当有机溶剂挥发到大气中时,还会对大气形成污染。因此,为了保护我们生存的环境以及我们的健康,生产和使用环保的涂料已经成为涂料行业迫切需要解决的问题,其中涂料的水性化是解决这个问题的最佳途径,因为水性涂料以水作为分散介质,大量的减少了有机溶剂在涂料中的应用,而且水有不燃、无毒、安全、可循环利用以及价格便宜的特点。
其中水性木器漆的发展很具代表性,也是涂料研究者的一个主要研究方向,但是水性木器漆还存在问题和缺陷:水性木器漆的硬度和耐磨性和溶剂型相比明显差很多,水性木器漆由于水性树脂的固体含量没有同类的油性树脂高,往往生产出来的产品的丰满度比溶剂型木器漆差,由于水的挥发比溶剂的挥发需要更多的能量,因此水性涂料的使用环境要求更严格。
解决水性木器漆生产和使用中出现的问题就是广大涂料工作者的研究方向。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高硬度高耐磨性水性木器漆,所述木器漆的重量配比的各组分为:
水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚乳液L-3928 60-80份
水性聚氨酯树脂L-2967 10-30份
润湿剂TEGO270 0.1-1 份
纳米氧化铝浆VK-L30W 0-5份
消泡剂 BYK028 0-1份
成膜助剂 二丙二醇甲醚 1-10份
防腐剂HTK-30 0-2份
水 1-20份
流平剂EFKA3772 0.1-1份
流平剂EFKA3034 0.1-1份
增稠剂RM-12W 0.1-1份

本发明解决的另一技术问题是提供了一种高硬度高耐磨性水性木器漆的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将预定重量配比的水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚乳液、水性聚氨酯树脂、润湿剂放入分散缸内;
(2)对步骤(1)的物料在600转/分的转速分散5min形成均匀溶液;
(3)在步骤(2)中的溶液中加入预定重量配比的纳米氧化铝浆、消泡剂、成膜助剂、防腐剂、水、流平剂、增稠剂;
(4)对步骤(3)的物料在800转/分的转速分散5min形成均匀溶液;
(5)对步骤(4)的溶液过滤 包装、入库即可。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明的产品硬度高,耐磨性好,因为使用的是丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚乳液和聚氨酯树脂,加入纳米氧化铝浆可以保持光泽不变的情况下大大的提高硬度。
2. 流平剂双组份的联合使用,制备的产品手感、丰满度极好。

水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚乳液L-3928 60-80份
水性聚氨酯树脂L-2967 10-30份
润湿剂TEGO270 0.1-1 份
纳米氧化铝浆VK-L30W 0-5份
消泡剂 BYK028 0-1份
成膜助剂 二丙二醇甲醚 1-10份
防腐剂HTK-30 0-2份
水 1-20份
流平剂EFKA3772 0.1-1份
流平剂EFKA3034 0.1-1份

实施案例1
配备100kg本发明水性木器漆,由以下重量配比的组分配制而成:
将水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚乳液71.5kg、水性聚氨酯树脂15kg、润湿剂0.4kg放入分散缸内;然后加入纳米氧化铝浆1kg、消泡剂0.5kg、成膜助剂7kg、防腐剂0.5kg、水3kg、流平剂EFKA3772 0.3kg、流平剂EFKA3034 0.3kg、增稠剂0.5kg,800转/分的转速分散5min形成均匀溶液过滤 包装、入库即可。
实施案例2
配备100kg本发明水性木器漆,由以下重量配比的组分配制而成:
将水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚乳液66.5kg、水性聚氨酯树脂18kg、润湿剂0.4kg放入分散 缸内;然后加入纳米氧化铝浆2kg、消泡剂0.5kg、成膜助剂6kg、防腐剂0.5kg、水5kg、流平剂EFKA3772 0.3kg、流平剂EFKA3034 0.3kg、增稠剂0.5kg,800转/分的转速分散5min形成均匀溶液过滤 包装、入库即可。
实施案例3
配备100kg本发明水性木器漆,由以下重量配比的组分配制而成:
将水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚乳液62.5kg、水性聚氨酯树脂20kg、润湿剂0.4kg放入分散缸内;然后加入纳米氧化铝浆3kg、消泡剂0.5kg、成膜助剂5kg、防腐剂0.5kg、水7kg、流平剂EFKA3772 0.3kg、流平剂EFKA3034 0.3kg、增稠剂0.5kg,800转/分的转速分散5min形成均匀溶液过滤 包装、入库即可。
实施例4
配备100kg本发明水性木器漆,由以下重量配比的组分配制而成:
将水性丙烯酸脂肪族聚氨酯共聚乳液61.5kg、水性聚氨酯树脂20kg、润湿剂0.4kg放入分散缸内;然后加入纳米氧化铝浆4kg、消泡剂0.5kg、成膜助剂4kg、防腐剂0.5kg、水8kg、流平剂EFKA3772 0.3kg、流平剂EFKA3034 0.3kg、增稠剂0.5kg,800转/分的转速分散5min形成均匀溶液过滤 包装、入库即可。

(3)在步骤(2)中的溶液中加入预定重量配比的纳米氧化铝浆、消泡剂、成膜助剂、防腐剂、水、流平剂、增稠剂;
(4)对步骤(3)的物料在800转/分的转速分散5min形成均匀溶液;
(5)对步骤(4)的溶液过滤包装、入库即可。
