Abstract

本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)将丙烯酸改性聚氨酯、水性氨基树脂、水性氟碳树脂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防锈剂及去离子水依次加入到搅拌釜中,搅拌20~30min;(2)依次加入助剂、水性催干剂,搅拌分散30~40 min;(3)加入流平剂,搅拌分散10~20min;(4)加入水性增稠剂,调节粘度,搅拌20~30min即可。本发明具有优异的防护装饰效果、优异的防锈性和耐水性、耐老化性、柔韧性、性能稳定、附着力强等优点;本发明制备方法简单、安全、不污染环境、施工比较环保方便,以水为介质,安全、无毒、对人体不会造成危害。

一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,尤其涉及一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法。
背景技术
随着涂料工业和涂装工艺向低污染化发展,水性涂料正在日益兴起。水性涂料减少了有机溶剂对环境造成的危害与污染,保障了操作人员的身体健康,降低了涂料的生产成本,便于工厂采取安全措施和运输,同时又便于工具的清洗。安全、环保、无公害、挥发性有机物(VOC)排放少的绿色环保涂料,非常具有研制开发的必要,亦具有广泛的应用前景。凡是用水作溶剂或者作分散介质的涂料,都可称为水性涂料。水性涂料以水作为分散介质,仅采用少量低毒性醇醚类有机溶剂,安全环保、节约资源,消除了施工时发生火灾的危险性,有利于降低大气污染。水性涂料对材质表面适应性非常好,在潮湿环境同样可以施工,涂层附着力强。
橡胶制品虽然具有较好的耐磨性能,但是在使用的过程中也会受到大量的外力和摩擦,需要涂层进行保护,但其表面涂层不仅要具有柔和的弹性效果,还要能在重压、摩擦、擦划等外力作用下,表面的涂层局部不容易被划伤、破坏、耐老化。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法。
本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸改性聚氨酯、水性氨基树脂、水性氟碳树脂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防锈剂及去离子水依次加入到搅拌釜中,在800~1000r/min转速条件下,搅拌20~30min;
(2)依次加入助剂、水性催干剂,在1000~1200r/min转速条件下,搅拌分散30~40min;
(3)加入流平剂,在1000~1200r/min转速条件下,搅拌分散10~20min;
(4)加入水性增稠剂,调节粘度,在800~1000r/min转速条件下,搅拌20~30min即可;
其中,各组份组成重量份数计为:
丙烯酸改性聚氨酯16-20份、水性氨基树脂15-20份、水性氟碳树脂10-15份、消泡剂0.3-0.5份、水性催干剂0.5-1份、水性增稠剂0.5-1.5份、防锈剂0.5-1.5份、流平剂0.1-0.5份、润湿剂0.1-0.5份、助剂18-22份、去离子水余量;
所述助剂由下列重量份原料组成:膨润土2份、云母3份、纳米二氧化硅5份、硬脂酸锌5份、抗氧剂1010 0.5份、亲水硅油60份、天然乳胶20份、去离子水余量。
其中亲水硅油选自东莞市嘉宏有机硅科技有限公司的Goon1260。
其中天然乳胶为泰国三棵树天然乳胶。
具体地,所述助剂的制备方法是:将膨润土、云母、纳米二氧化硅、硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂1010混合加入到去离子水中,在温度为60-80℃下搅拌溶解,加入天然乳胶和亲水硅油,继续搅拌1-2h,然后加入剩余组分,搅拌混合3-5h,即得助剂。
具体地,所述的水性增稠剂为羧甲基纤维酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺按质量比(1-3):(1-2)组成。
具体地,所述的消泡剂为改性的聚硅氧烷,型号:FY-BW500。
具体地,流平剂为氟改性丙烯酸脂流平剂,型号:A-1377。
具体地,润湿剂为超支化聚醚,型号:W-225。
具体地,水性催干剂为水性复合催干剂,型号:YS-01。
具体地,防锈剂为金属螯合物,型号:SHYT5179;。
本发明具有的有益效果:
(1)本发明具有优异的防护装饰效果、优异的防锈性和耐水性、性能稳定、附着力强等优点。
(2)本发明使用的树脂具有较好的协同作用,能够增加涂层对基材的附着力,提高加工性。
(3)本发明使用的助剂可以进一步提高涂层的耐老化性、耐候性、以及抗摩擦性,具有较好的柔韧性。
(4)本发明制备方法简单、安全、不污染环境、施工比较环保方便,以水为介质,安全、无毒、对人体不会造成危害。
具体实施方式
现在结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
实施例1
一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸改性聚氨酯、水性氨基树脂、水性氟碳树脂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防锈剂及去离子水依次加入到搅拌釜中,在800~1000r/min转速条件下,搅拌20~30min;
(2)依次加入助剂、水性催干剂,在1000~1200r/min转速条件下,搅拌分散30~40min;
(3)加入流平剂,在1000~1200r/min转速条件下,搅拌分散10~20min;
(4)加入水性增稠剂,调节粘度,在800~1000r/min转速条件下,搅拌20~30min即可;
其中,各组份组成重量份数计为:
丙烯酸改性聚氨酯16份、水性氨基树脂15份、水性氟碳树脂10份、消泡剂0.3份,型号:FY-BW500、水性催干剂0.5份,型号:YS-01、羧甲基纤维酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺按质量比1:1组成的水性增稠剂0.5份、防锈剂0.5份,型号:SHYT5179、流平剂0.1份,型号:A-1377、润湿剂0.1份,型号:W-225、助剂18份、去离子水余量;
助剂由下列重量份原料组成:膨润土2份、云母3份、纳米二氧化硅5份、硬脂酸锌5份、抗氧剂1010 0.5份、亲水硅油60份、天然乳胶20份、去离子水余量。
其中,助剂的制备方法是:将膨润土、云母、纳米二氧化硅、硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂1010混合加入到去离子水中,在温度为60-80℃下搅拌溶解,加入天然乳胶和亲水硅油,继续搅拌1-2h,然后加入剩余组分,搅拌混合3-5h,即得助剂。
实施例2-5与实施例1基本相同,不同之处如表1。

Claims (8)

1.一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:
(1)将丙烯酸改性聚氨酯、水性氨基树脂、水性氟碳树脂、消泡剂、润湿剂、防锈剂及去离子水依次加入到搅拌釜中,在800~1000r/min 转速条件下,搅拌 20~30min;
(2)依次加入助剂、水性催干剂,在 1000~1200r/min 转速条件下,搅拌分散 30~40 min;
(3)加入流平剂,在 1000~1200r/min 转速条件下,搅拌分散 10~20min;
(4)加入水性增稠剂,调节粘度,在 800~1000r/min 转速条件下,搅拌20~30min即可;
其中,各组份组成重量份数计为:
丙烯酸改性聚氨酯16-20份、水性氨基树脂15-20份、水性氟碳树脂10-15份、消泡剂0.3-0.5份、水性催干剂0.5-1份、水性增稠剂0.5-1.5份、防锈剂0.5-1.5份、流平剂0.1-0.5份、润湿剂0.1-0.5份、助剂18-22份、去离子水余量;
所述助剂由下列重量份原料组成:膨润土2份、云母3份、纳米二氧化硅5份、硬脂酸锌5份、抗氧剂1010 0.5份、亲水硅油60份、天然乳胶20份、去离子水余量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述助剂的制备方法是:将膨润土、云母、纳米二氧化硅、硬脂酸锌、抗氧剂1010混合加入到去离子水中,在温度为60-80℃下搅拌溶解,加入天然乳胶和亲水硅油,继续搅拌1-2h,然后加入剩余组分,搅拌混合3-5h,即得助剂。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水性增稠剂为羧甲基纤维酸钠和聚丙烯酰胺按质量比(1-3):(1-2)组成。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述消泡剂为改性的聚硅氧烷。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述流平剂为氟改性丙烯酸脂流平剂。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述润湿剂为超支化聚醚。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述水性催干剂为水性复合催干剂。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种橡胶制品用高耐磨涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述防锈剂为金属螯合物。
