Abstract

ELEMENTO DE VEDAÇçO DE ABA DE PUXAR COM DISTRIBUIÇçO DE CALOR PARA UM RECIPIENTE. Uma vedação e método de fabricação é provido para vedar recipientes tais como garrafas, jarras e similares. A vedação (isto é, fechamento) (300) é formada com uma estrutura tipo folha inferior (301) possuindo uma camada de distribuição de calor, sem espuma (330) sobre a mesma. A estrutura inferior inclui uma camada de suporte de folha e possui uma camada de polímero (320), tal como uma camada de PET disposta sobre a superfície de fundo da mesma. Uma camada vedante ativada por calor (340) é provida sob a superfície de fundo da camada de PET para unir a vedação a uma abertura de recipiente. A camada de distribuição de calor, sem espuma é preferencialmente um filme de poliolefina. Vedações de acordo com modalidades preferidas da invenção também incluem uma parte superior (302), que é somente parcialmente unida (diretamente ou indiretamente) à parte de fundo, de modo a deixar a parte de aba (303) se estendendo a partir da vedação.
