"áCIDO NUCLéICO QUE CODIFICA UMA ENZIMA BIOSSINTéTICA DE áCIDO GRAXO DE CADEIA MUITO LONGA DE PLANTA". é provida uma seq³ência de ADN genómico codificando uma enzima de condensação envolvida em produção de ácido graxo de cadeia muito grande plantas. Aplicações para a seq³ência de ácidos nucléicos isolada para incluir a expressão da enzima de condensação da presente invenção em sementes, o que possibilitaria a produção de planta de cultivo, que são capazes de sintetizar ácidos graxos de cadeia muito longa e, óleo de sementes para aplicações industriais.
