Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM AGENTE FLAVORIZANTE DE LúPULO DE COZINHA ESTáVEL à LUZ, AGENTE FLAVORIZANTE DE LúPULO DE COZINHA ESTáVEL à LUZ, MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UMA BEBIDA FLAVORIZADA COM LúPULO A PARTIR DE UM MEIO DE CRESCIMENTO FERMENTáVEL, E, BEBIDA FLAVORIZADA COM LúPULO DE COZINHA ESTáVEL à LUZ". Um agente flavorizante de lúpulo de cozinha extremamente estável à luz é descrito. O agente flavorizante é feito pela extração de sólidos de lúpulo com um solvente polar e lavando o extrato com um solvente não polar capaz de remover ácidos alfa residuais. O agente flavorizante pode ser utilizado para imprimir uma estabilidade extremamente alta à luz e um flavor de lúpulo de cozinha às bebidas maltadas.
