Abstract

Esta descripción trata de composiciones y métodos para promover la transcripción y la traducción de una secuencia de nucleótidos en una planta o célula de planta, que emplea una 3’ UTR del gen de ubiquitina C9 de Arabidopsis thaliana. Algunas formas de realización se refieren a una 3’ UTR de un gen de ubiquitina C9 de Arabidopsis thaliana que actúa en las plantas para terminar la transcripción de secuencias de nucleótidos ligadas operativamente. Reivindicación 1: Un vector de ácido nucleico que comprende UTR 3’ ligado operativamente a: a) una secuencia poliligadora; b) un gen de no de ubiquitina C9 de Arabidopsis thaliana; o c) una combinación de a) y b), donde dicha 3’ UTR comprende una secuencia polinucleótidos que tiene al menos 90% de identidad de secuencia con la SEQ ID Nº 1.
