Abstract

Esta solicitud se refiere a composiciones y métodos para promover la transcripción de una secuencia de nucleótidos en una planta o célula de planta, empleando un elemento de promotor núcleo mínimo de un promotor de gen Ubiquitina-10 de Arabidopsis thaliana o promotor de virus mosaico de nervadura de Cassava, y elementos de secuencia de nucleótidos de longitud completa a partir de un promotor de virus mosaico de nervadura de Cassava. Algunas realizaciones se refieren a un promotor sintético bidireccional de CsVMV que funciona en plantas para promover la transcripción de dos secuencias de nucleótidos operativamente unidas. Reivindicación 3: El promotor de polinucleótido bidireccional sintético de CsVMV de acuerdo con la reivindicación 2, en donde el promotor núcleo mínimo comprende una secuencia de polinucleótidos con por lo menos 90% de identidad de secuencia con SEC ID Nº 1.
