Abstract

La presente divulgación se refiere a composiciones y métodos para promover la transcripción de una secuencia de nucleótidos en una planta o célula vegetal, usando un promotor Zea mays GRMZ2G144030. Algunas modalidades se refieren a un promotor de Zea mays GRMZM2G144030 que funciona en plantas para promover la transcripción de secuencias de nucleótidos enlazadas de forma operativa. Otras modalidades se refieren a una 3’UTR de Zea mays GRMZM2G144030 que funciona en plantas para terminar la transcripción de secuencias de nucleótidos enlazadas de forma operativa. Reivindicación 1: Un vector de ácido nucleico que comprende un promotor enlazado de forma operativa a: a) una secuencia polienlazadora; b) un gen no GRMZM2G144030; o c) una combinación de a) y b), donde dicho promotor comprende una secuencia de polinucleótidos que tiene al menos un 90% de identidad de secuencia con la SEQ ID Nº 1.
