Abstract

Reivindicacion 1: Un método para mejorar el color rojo de la uva y alterar las características sensoriales del vino mediante la aplicacion a las uvas, una vez convertido en fruto, de una cantidad efectiva de ácido S-abscísico o sus sales y un agente químico productor de etileno, precursor de biosíntesis de etileno, mímico de etileno, o etileno.
