Abstract

Composiciones de siloxano modificadas de curado rápido que comprenden: a) un intermediario de silicona con funcion alcoxi o silanol; b) al menos un ingrediente reactivo de amina seleccionado del grupo que consiste en ingredientes con funcion acetoacetato, ingredientes con funcion acrilato y sus mezclas; c) un ingrediente con funcion epoxi; d) un agente de curado seleccionado del grupo que consiste en aminas, aminosilanos, cetiminas, aldiminas y sus mezclas; y e) agua. Otros ingredientes utiles para formar composiciones de siloxano modificadas de curado rápido de la presente incluyen silanos, catalizadores organometálicos, solventes, pigmentos, rellenos y agentes modificadores. Los ingredientes antes identificados se combinan y hacen reaccionar para formar una películas protectora completamente curada que comprende una estructura química de polisiloxano de enamina y/o polisiloxano de acrilato con enlaces cruzados en una cantidad de tiempo reducida en comparacion con las composiciones convencionales de epoxisiloxano.
