Abstract

Un elemento de seguridad que comprende un sustrato que contiene marcas de identificacion u otras características visibles en su superficie o sobre la misma y sobre al menos parte de dicha superficie de sustrato, una capa de revestimiento que comprende hojuelas de pigmento en un adhesivo transparente curado, donde dichas hojuelas de pigmento en dicha capa de revestimiento absorben al menos parte del espectro visible y están orientadas localmente de modo tal de otorgar visibilidad a las marcas de identificacion u otras características visibles por debajo en al menos una direccion específica de observacion y de impedir la visibilidad de las marcas de identificacion u otras características visibles por debajo en al menos otra direccion de observacion, y donde la orientacion de las hojuelas de pigmento en dicho adhesivo transparente curado no comprende ni refleja dichas marcas de identificacion u otras características visibles presentes en la superficie de dicho sustrato o sobre la misma. Se revelan también documentos de valores, derechos, identidad, etiquetas de seguridad o marcas de mercancías, así como un método para producir dicho elemento de seguridad.
