Abstract
Reivindicacion 1: Una composicion farmacéutica para la prevencion o tratamiento del síndrome de colon irritable caracterizado porque comprende un compuesto representado por la formula (1):donde, R1 representa un grupo hidrocarbonado opcionalmente sustituido, un grupo amino opcionalmente sustituido o un grupo heterocíclico opcionalmente sustituido, R2 representa un átomo de hidrogeno o un grupo hidrocarbonado opcionalmente sustituido, R3 representa un átono de hidrogeno o un grupo hidrocarbonado opcionalmente sustituido o un grupo heterocíclico opcionalmente sustituido, X representa CHR4, NR4, CO, O o S (donde, R4 representa un átono de hidrogeno, un grupo hidrocarbonado opcionalmente sustituido o grupo hidroxilo), Y representa C, CH o N, ---- representa un simple o doble enlace, el anillo A representa un anillo heterocíclico de 5 a 7 miembros opcionalmente sustituido que contiene un átono de oxígeno, el anillo B representa un anillo de benceno opcionalmente sustituido y m representa un numero entero de 1 a 4, o una sal del mismo.
