Abstract
La presente se refiere a un producto bebible acuoso que tiene un pH en el rango de desde 5,3 a 8,0 y que comprende 1-6% en peso de proteína de soja, de 0-10% en peso de grasa, de 0,25-1,75% en peso de emulsionante de monoglicérido saturado y de 0,01- 2,5% en peso de sales inorgánicas comestibles insolubles en agua. Los productos tienen un mejor nivel de ausencia de sedimentacion y/o precipitacion.
