Abstract

Reivindicación 1: Un método de mutación de una secuencia de ADN objetivo de una planta, que comprende: a) electroporar en una microspora de la planta, una oligonucleobase recombinagénica que contiene una primera región homóloga que tiene una secuencia idéntica a la secuencia de por lo menos 6 pares de bases de un primer fragmento de la secuencia de ADN objetivo, y una segunda región homóloga que tiene una secuencia idéntica a la secuencia de por lo menos 6 pares de bases de un segundo fragmento de la secuencia de ADN objetivo, y una región intermedia que contiene por lo menos 1 nucleobase heteróloga a la secuencia de ADN objetivo, cuya región intermedia conecta la primera región homóloga y la segunda región homóloga; b) cultivar la microspora para producir un embrión; y c) producir a partir del embrión, una planta que tiene una mutación ubicada entre el primero y el segundo fragmento de la secuencia de ADN objetivo.
