Abstract
La presente se refiere a un procedimiento para producir plantas transgénicas de la especie Tagetes, que se basa sobre una transformacion de cultivoscelulares mediada por Agrobacterium tumefaciens, la seleccion posterior de las células transformadas y su regeneracion en plantas establemente transformadas.Las células transformadas y las plantas transgénicas regeneradas expresan el gen extrano.
