Abstract

Un proceso para tratar un material fibroso el cual incluye los pasos de: 1) proporcionar una suspension líquida compuesta de material fibroso; 2)entremezclar la suspension líquida del material fibroso con un tratamiento sobre un período de tiempo T1 en donde el tratamiento requiere un período detiempo TR suficiente para tratar el material fibroso; 3)depositar la suspension líquida del material fibroso y entremezclar el tratamiento sobre la superficieformadora para constituir una capa y remover una parte substancial del líquido, sobre un período de tiempo T2; y 4) aplicar chorros presurizados de un líquidoa la capa de material fibroso para lavar el tratamiento no usado del material fibroso dentro de un período de tiempo T3. Los períodos de tiempo T1, T2 y T3son inmediatamente consecutivos y constituyen un período total de tiempo por lo menos tan grande como Tr. También está descripta una estructura enredadahidráulicamente compuesta de: proporcionar una suspension líquida que comprende material fibroso; entremezclar la suspension líquida de materialfibroso con un tratamiento sobre un período de tiempo T1, el tratamiento requiere un período de tiempo Tr suficiente para tratar el material fibroso;depositar la suspension líquida del material fibroso y el tratamiento entremezclado sobre una superficie formadora para constituir una capa y removeruna parte esencial del líquido, sobre un período de tiempo T2; y, aplicar chorros presurizados de un líquido a la capa del material fibroso para lavar eltratamiento no usado del material fibroso dentro de un período de tiempo T3; en donde T1, T2 y T3 son inmediatamente consecutivos y constituyen un período detiempo por lo menos tan grande como Tr.
