Abstract
La presente invención está dirigida generalmente hacia compuestos capaces de unir el receptor de hidrocarburo arilo y modular su actividad, métodos para tratar las afecciones inflamatorias tales como enfermedad de Crohn usando dichos compuestos y composiciones farmacéuticas que comprenden dichos compuestos; también se proporcionan métodos para incrementar los niveles de IL-22 en un sujeto y/o disminuir los niveles de IFN-? en un sujeto.
