Abstract
La presente invención se relaciona con un freno de disco (10) teniendo una pinza de freno (1) configurada como pinza deslizante, tendida sobre un disco de freno (2) y comprendiendo dos pastillas de freno (3, 3´) dispuestas en la pinza de freno (1), que se pueden mover en sentidos opuestos y poseen en cada caso una placa de respaldo de pastilla (4) y un forro de fricción (5) fijado en ésta, de las cuales una pastilla de freno (3) en el lado de acción y de aplicación, respectivamente, se puede presionar por medio de una unidad de aplicación por medio de al menos un émbolo de freno contra el disco de freno (2), así como al menos una unidad de reposición por medio de la cual la pinza de freno (1) se puede regresar después de un desplazar y liberar del freno en un evento de frenado. La unidad de reposición posee una unidad de separación (8) que ataca con efecto uniforme en las pastillas de freno (3) opuestas entre sí, contra la respectiva dirección de aplicación teniendo unos elementos separadores elásticos que atacan en la respectiva placa de respaldo de pastilla (4). La unidad de separación (8) está dispuesta en la abertura central (9) y los elementos separadores atacan directa o indirectamente afuera de los forros de fricción (5) en al menos dos regiones de contacto de las pastillas de freno (3), dispuestas distanciadas entre sí en dirección al centro. Las regiones de contacto poseen en cada caso una superficie de contacto y una superficie de asiento (4c) en la cual los elementos separadores están dispuestos en forma movible. Se ofrece un juego de pastillas de freno correspondiente.
