Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para polimerización de olefinas. El método comprende poner en contacto el etileno y al menos un comonómero con un sistema catalizador para producir un polímero de poliolefina que es multimodal. El sistema catalizador comprende un primer catalizador que promueve la polimerización del etileno en una porción de bajo peso molecular (LMW) del polímero de poliolefina y un segundo catalizador que promueve la polimerización del etileno en una porción de alto peso molecular (HMW) del polímero de poliolefina. El primer catalizador y al menos una porción del segundo catalizador son co-soportados para formar un sistema catalizador comúnmente soportado y al menos una porción del segundo catalizador se agrega como una alimentación de ajuste de catalizador al sistema catalizador.
