Abstract
Un componente de salvado estabilizado y una harina de grano entero estabilizada conteniendo al componente se producen mediante someter una fracción gruesa enriquecida con salvado que contiene salvado, germen y almidón a trituración o molienda para reducir la contextura arenosa de la fracción gruesa sin sustancialmente dañar al almidón debido a abrasión.
