Abstract
La presente invenci?n se refiere a un m?todo para preparar cerveza de baja fermentaci?n, el m?todo comprende el uso de salvado de cereal, preferiblemente salvado de trigo o de centeno, a una relaci?n de 15% a 50% de la molienda. El m?todo de la presente invenci?n permite la elaboraci?n de cervezas que tienen un excelente sabor y estabilidad del sabor durante el a?ejamiento a un costo de materia prima comparativamente bajo.
