Abstract

La presente invención describe un mandril de maquina para doblar tubos que comprende un miembro (5) rígido , que puede ser insertado dentro de un tubo (T) que va a ser doblado que tiene una dimensión interna Di y puede inclinarse con el mismo, en una operación de doblado con un radio Rm promedio prefijado medido entre el centro (O) de rotación de una matriz de doblado y el eje longitudinal (I) del tubo (T) que va a ser doblado. El miembro (5) rígido tiene un perfil lateral proximal con respecto al centro (O) de rotación que comprende al menos una porción intermedia cóncava generada por una sección de radio Rci de circunferencia (50) y un perfil lateral distal con respecto al mismo centro (O) de rotación que comprende dos porciones de extremos convexas y divididas generadas por secciones de radio Rce respectivas de circunferencia (51, 52), en donde Rci = Rm - (Di/2) +t, y Rce = Rm + (Di/2)-t, t es un término que varía de acuerdo con la exactitud de las características del tubo que va a ser doblado y de la curva que va a ser obtenida.
