Abstract
Una máquina para doblar continuamente una pieza de trabajo alargada a radios predeterminados, máquina que para doblar usa una serie de rodillos (1, 2, 3) impulsores, comprende un detector (5) de desplazamiento láser 2D corriente debajo de esta serie de rodillos (1, 2, 3) impulsores para doblar, y una computadora (7) que se acopla entre otras cosas al detector (5) de desplazamiento láser 2D para calcular un radio de una sección de doblez y comparar el radio de curvatura calculado con el radio de curvatura deseado. La computadora (7) esta acoplada a un medidor (4) de longitud para medir una longitud de la sección doblada de manera concéntrica con relación a la pieza (T) de trabajo alargada y, además, a medios (8) de operación adaptados para operar un rodillo (2) de la serie de rodillos (1, 2, 3) impulsores para doblar con el fin ajustarlo sobre la base de una diferencia entre el radio de curvatura medido y el radio de curvatura deseado.
