I understand your difficulty in watching One Piece so surprised you stop around the anime Dressross Saga and stopping in the manga (which I did the same since I stop at the end of Wano Saga and continue watching and stopping close to the end of Egghead Saga. I am thinking about rewatching One Piece only around after Saobaody Archipelago and starting on Amazon Lily through aftermath of Battle of Marineford only on English Dub (then maybe later comeback after 2 years time skip again on Dub trying catch up on current episode on Toonami).

And yes I am because of character development, settings, world-building, & story (w/good written dialogues though it depends being translated in Japanese in comparison to English but there are times subtitles help dub now known as dubtitles) and I do come back and I do rewatch them but on certain scenes you know then for the whole thing but it happens on occassions such as I'm rewatching Sailor Moon for second time on original series but this time on subbed (maybe dubbed just an little) I already watched dub on DiC &Viz Media. But I also like OVAs and movies as long as all of it is as good as my long running series, ya know.

So do you since you joined MAL an year after me. So you seen your fair share next to mine. So our only difference is with our favorites (from anime & manga).

It really does have a certain charm to it doesn't it? You name some pretty big heavy old school hitters there, I was especially fond of I-czer One. I remember renting that on VHS from Blockbuster Video back when I was living in a different state for family reasons. And because of that it's something that really warms my heart.
