Sure. I don't mind being friends on discord. From what I gathered, it seemed we have different taste in drama and comedy. You asked for comedy anime in your SS post but lots of the big comedy shows like Nichijou, Asobi Asobase, Grand Blue, or Aho Girl you didn't seem to score very highly. I found all of those pretty funny outside of maybe Nichijou, which was carried by KyoAni's animation. It seemed more to me you like comedy anime where they just sprinkle a joke here and there that would make you maybe chuckle or smile rather than laugh to the point of needing to catch your breath. Basically, comedy tagged anime that aren't really comedy. I'm also pretty big on drama anime, especially ones with cute girls in them. But something like Hibike Euphonium didn't seem to appeal to you so I wasn't really sure to give anything similar as a side recommendation. Outside of that, I do believe we do have some shared interest in slice of life and some romance. I didn't see you watched any of the bandori entries so I wasn't under the impression you were into idols.

Hi! Thankyou for the manga recommendations, I could see that you put a lot of thought into it. I'm currently reading 50 tea recipes and so far I am enjoying it. Hope you had a happy new year and a happy birthday! :D

Hi I'm happy you liked it! :) And no worries about the English, it's not my native language as well, the poem was really nice! :) I'm glad that i managed to give you a recommendation that was in your taste both food wise and reading wise! I made a well calculated guess that you would like fish since you clearly are a cat!

heyo, nice to meet you! sure i guess, if you have discord just send me your username in dms~ my top 3 vas at the moment are maeno, kenn and hosoyan, with hayamin and hanakana for female ones. lately im kind of obsessed with yashiro taku though cause he's dubbing a lot of characters i like from otome games lolololo. although im not really a fan of shimono hiro's voice (im into deep voices) i can't deny his talent for shimono hiro noises ROFL. and of course hanae is amazing and eguchi is insane for his range

we're really showing how seiyuu trash we are

Mai bad boy/puppy always recommend me "one piece" for every category and genre.

I'll have to go through your list to see which sports anime you've watched to recommend you some. But my favorite sports anime is probably One Outs. Run with the Wind is pretty good too. Both aren't your traditional sports anime where sports is the main focus.

As for Bleach, I would recommend watching it without the fillers. The first 63 episodes (until the end of the Soul Society arc) are imo some of the best shounen anime you can watch. A great mix of comedy, action and mystery. After that, it has its moments but isn't as strong consistently but if you skip the fillers, I think it's a decent enough watch. The OST is some of the best in any anime. Since it's been quite a few months, perhaps you've already started watching Bleach though?

Thanks for the well wishes :).

That combination is rare because they belong to different genres, and two of these animes are pretty obscure.

Have you watched the more recent HxH anime adaptation?

Do you prefer dubbed or subbed version of Nozaki-kun?

Nah, don't feel sorry for opening up about your injury. That doesn't make me feel uncomfortable in a bit. I'm just surprised that you were comfortable enough to tell that to a total stranger, I guess. Hope you recovered well.

Wow! 1.5k AMVs! What a hard work it had to be to add them all to the Completed listed. As for me, I have around 40-50 favourite jpop songs, but most of them are from anime. Hearing about Sekai no Owari for the first time, tbh. Just listened to their top songs on Spotify. I like how different their songs are from each other, but they're not my cup of tea. Anyway, thanks for the recommendation to check them out.

1.5k animes watched since early age is still quite a lot. This makes you a veteran fan lol.

I watched Spirited Away and Howl's Moving Castle, my first and second animes, when I was in my early teenage years, and I hadn't watched any animes for a long time after that because I mistakenly considered them boring and inferior to Western animation. However, it all changed when round 4.5-5 years ago I decided to watch AOT because of its fresh plot setup and insanely great action scenes and the. That's the point which I consider the starting point of my conscious anime journey. So it's not as long as yours XD.

Indeed, Rick and Morty does have an anime adaptation. I didn't watch because of its art style and low rating.

I'm also a big fan of Avatar and Pride and Prejudice (2005). Both are great in their own ways. Happy to find another fan.

Haven't watched Beastars yet. Is it worth watching?

Yeah, if I had watched Trigun after Pluto, I'd've probably had the same reaction as you did. Pluto is as great as Urasawa's another famous work, Monster. A big fan of both.

Hey, don't apologize for long messages. Give it all you have, type as many words as you want. I'd be happy to hear your thoughts about all sorts of stuff :-D.

The AMV you attached seems to be from The Boy and the Heron. Haven't watched the movie yet, so I'm not familiar with the song. Oh, it's by Kenshi Yonezu! Amazing artist! I love his Kickback and Kanden songs.
It’s time to ditch the text file.
