Funny and entertaining. The synopsis on MAL isn't accurate so let me paint the picture: One guy can eat ghosts, one guy can see ghosts, one guy can hear ghosts. And one guy can't do anything. These four guys work together to defeat ghosts and/or bring them peace as the Phantom Busters. All so they can live a happy and youthful school life.

many, many ways this manga plays around with and subverts common manga tropes. It reads like the author is having fun.
For instance, I like how they messed with the "falling into darkness" trope. At one point, the main guy falls into darkness (as expected of shounen manga) and looks like he's getting taken over. Then of course, he gets some sick tattoos while fighting the big bad. The other three Phantom Busters show up, and otaku guy instantly realises the situation. But actually, he's got it fully wrong and the main guy is doing fine mentally. Big bad proceeds to brazenly lie about how the main character just started attacking out of nowhere due to falling into darkness.
Main character: "I'm not falling into darkness!"
The comedic timing is on point the whole way through, and the plot stays fast paced and interesting. Every character has their unique charm, which is not overplayed and rather combined to create various funny one-of-a-kind situations. It reminds me of Sket Dance where a ton of circumstances come together to create ridiculous solutions, all in the name of fighting ghosts. It's not just comedy either- it's legitimately just a feel good sort of read.
Overall, it's kind of like if Rin Okumura and Bakugou Katsuki fought ghosts with the orange haired guy from Given and a fucking genius. I would not be surprised if this got an anime.
