Great experience. This was super easy and I definitely felt my luggage was safe. They were kind and very quick at drop off and pickup!

Easy peasy, and everyone was super helpful.

First time using Bounce service and it worked out great for us. No glitches at all. Also, the people at The Wells Coffee House were fantastic and their coffee is phenomenal. Just make sure to surface on the Old State House access if you are coming via subway. It’s just about 100 feet away. Absolutely would use Bounce again.

Amazing location in the center of Boston. There is a back alleyway where you can park and drop off, so it’s very convenient if you’re driving by car/lyft/uber. It’s also convenient to get picked up after you grab the luggage! Great customer service. Seamless experience!

This is the UPS store on Tremont across from Tatte by Boston Commons. They generate a sticker with a code that they put on your luggage and then give you a receipt with the same code on it. This is so much more professional and secure than other places on this app. They also store your luggage away in a back area that only the employees have access to.
