The owner is very nice and friendly. Highly recommend this location because they are open until 6:30 PM unlike other locations that close by 5 PM.

Excellent serive from Bounce in Winter Place / Street, Boston. We've never used a luggage storage before but will defo use again. Easy to find and right downtown for easy transport links into city and later, in to the airport, helpful friendly staff. We were asked to take a photo of our bags where we left them to prove they were ours when we returned to collect...felt v safe and secure.

Great location right by the park and several freedom trail stops. Owner was very friendly.

I really liked the fact that the lady at the counter triple checked i was grabbing my property and not anyone elses.

Super safe, super nice people and it was open on a Sunday. Would highly recommend it
