Helpful kind staff! There are stairs you have to carry bags down for storage behind the desk. The bags are not locked up but monitored by front desk attendant. We had a great experience.

Ps: I sent an email that I need you to read please: I left my jacket when we picked up our luggage from our Bounce reservation. It’s a black jacket K1x trademark. I realized at the airport and I am now on my way home in Spain, Is there any option that you could send me back the jacket to my address in Spain collect? I would really appreciate that. Great experience for drop off and pick up. It’s a restaurant, so could also consider grabbing a bite during drop off or pick up. It’s also very close (4 minute or less walk) to TD garden, so we used the location to store our things for an event.

It was very easy to drop off and retrieve bags. There is a separate luggage storage area at the entrance to the restaurant, which seemed safe, with the door closed and out of sight and out of the way of customers. There was no sign of any tampering with the luggage. I was very pleased.

The owner of Fleet greeted us herself, and she was so nice! This was a perfect spot for us to drop our bags and explore the North End.
