Drop off and pick up was quick and easy, was told if I needed to grab my bags after my set time that was okay as long as I made it before store closing. Great location in the North End of Boston, made it easy to drop and start exploring the city.

Convenient and courteous

We arrived in Boston from another city to catch our flight back to Spain. Since it was quite late, we looked for this place to leave our luggage. It had long hours, was easy, and convenient. Highly recommended if you're passing through Boston and don't know what to do with your bags.

Quick service, bags were in a secure back store room. Would use them again!

Making the reservation online was an easy process. We were able to drop our bags off early (had to show our reservation confirmation email) and pick them up early. From start to finish, the experience was smooth. The employees at the 7-11 were knowledgeable about the process and took great care of our bags. We even received a credit for the bag that we didn't have (I wasn't sure on the amount of luggage we would have when the reservation was made). Bounce is a great service if you have a late flight and want to tour a new place!
