We were leery when Nick said the suitcases would stay in front of the counter, but he seemed to have everything under control. We walked through the charming neighborhood to the park, then lunched in Quincy Market. When we returned, our suitcases were waiting—and they had company from other bags. Would highly recommend—you can trust Nick!

Fast & friendly staff. Easy to identify location

They are very friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Luggage is stored in an area only staff members can access, so it feels very secure. It's just minutes from the train station—an excellent location.

Very nice service and staff, close to the T (Maverick), so an ideal spot to store luggage close to the airport.

People on site were great, very nice, but I couldn't find my booking on the Bounce app. Eventually the Latin Envios person found it in her system. ... Great location right next to T subway station into town or other way to airport.

Leaving and picking up luggage was very easy. I also ended up leaving my wallet and passport by mistake at the location after picking up my luggage. I panicked when I later discovered I didn’t have these and when I went back, they had secured my items for me awaiting my return. So thankful they found these and kept them safe for me-not every location would do this.

Bounce was great to use for safely storing my luggage so I could explore the city some more before my flight! The store is close to the commuter rail and airport. Great service and nice people!
