Easy process to drop off. Quick retrieval of luggage.

Easy peasy, and everyone was super helpful.

First time using Bounce service and it worked out great for us. No glitches at all. Also, the people at The Wells Coffee House were fantastic and their coffee is phenomenal. Just make sure to surface on the Old State House access if you are coming via subway. It’s just about 100 feet away. Absolutely would use Bounce again.

Drop off and collection was simple, with a raffle type ticket given and they store the bags behind the scenes

Very friendly staff We dropped off two suitcases and a large bag in the morning and picked them up again in the evening. After a brief search by the staff, we got everything back and were able to go to the airport.

Using Bounce was such an easy experience. The drop off was quick, and they have you take a picture of your luggage for easy identification on pick up. The keep the luggage in a locked room and not in public view which is great.

Went smoothly as expected

Sam was very kind, she let me know up front your luggage are not officially locked, but they are tucked away stored in their warehouse storage. Extremely easy drop off and pick up. Very close to Boston tea party museum. Open on Sundays!
