Some may say that the closest thing America has to a true national holiday is Super Bowl Sunday. Football is one of our defining cultural traits, especially because we insist on calling it “football” while much of the world refers to soccer as “football.” (They are wrong, and we are right).

It was tempting to think that professional football going “woke” would drive red-blooded American men away from the game. Wrong. The NFL lecturing people about “racism,” playing a separate “Black National Anthem” before games, and wallowing in Black Lives Matter did not destroy the league. Sunday’s Super Bowl drew record ratings — a two percent increase over last year’s game (which was also a record).

Yet, even if the Super Bowl remains an iconic event, it is no longer a true “unifying” festival. It is hard to imagine a civic nationalist celebration like the 1991 Super Bowl, when Whitney Houston’s Star-Spangled Banner brought the patriotic crowd to its feet. This is partly because America is less white. Fewer non-whites care much about a historically white country, and whites feel less patriotic. Thus, every “national” event becomes a political battleground.

The two Americas were very much in evidence this year. The avatar of the historic American nation, Donald J. Trump, got a hero’s welcome as the first president to attend a Super Bowl while in office. When the camera panned to him during the national anthem, standing ramrod straight and saluting, the crowd roared — even though President Trump often picked fights with the NFL during his first term. The crowd booed Taylor Swift, who opposed the President during his campaign. The President, who never misses an opportunity to twist the knife, mocked her on social media.

The program itself, however, showed that corporate culture hasn’t changed. The NFL removed the slogan “End Racism” from the endzones, but still had the “Black National Anthem” sung before the game.

The NFL itself ran an ad showing a sassy black woman defeating white men.

EPSN still thought the night was about “black excellence.”

During the halftime show, Kendrick Lamar tried to make a vague point about blacks building America, with Samuel L. Jackson as “Uncle Sam/Uncle Tom” telling him not to be too ghetto. Serena Williams was a guest backup dancer, doing a Crip Walk to show her defiance of the decorum expected of tennis players.

Both her inclusion and some of Mr. Lamar’s lyrics were also a takedown of Drake, another rapper/singer. The show was thus a backdrop to one of hip-hop’s tiresome feuds between interchangeable performers.

The crowd seemed bored.

Many blacks, including at least one congressman, rejoiced at the political message.

It’s the old story: American institutions award and showcase Blacks — who use the opportunity to complain that they are oppressed.

Black entertainers are still minstrels, mugging for the camera while white people giggle at their childish attempts at mischief. The tired claims of victimization are like songs by a “darky” who misses his old Virginny home.

Did blacks “build” America? Are we supposed to believe America would be less prosperous if they had never come? But, of course, they want reparations.

If Barack Obama and countless black political leaders have done little to appease black grievance, what does Mr. Lamar expect with his talk of “revolution?”

Do black entertainers have anything to say other than that they are black? We already know everything they can say, sing, rap, or write. We don’t care about this any more than we care about why Mr. Lamar and Drake don’t like each other.

Hip-hop itself, which once was a threatening, violent medium with a certain authenticity, is now entirely co-opted by corporate America. It is no longer a threat, but an expression of decadence. The effeminate faux rebellion of a black studies major pleading for a set-aside carries more authenticity than a hip-hop artist carefully chosen to feed lowest-common-denominator gruel to degenerates. It was the President of the United States who was the rebel at the Super Bowl while the corporate rapper pretended to be oppressed.

DEI is not “over.” It’s the theme song of entertainment and corporate America. Yet, it really does appear fewer people are taking it seriously, aside from journalists and aging black politicians.

“They not like us,” is one of Mr. Lamar’s songs. Yes, we know. Increasingly, white people accept it — and no longer pretend otherwise.

  2. They should have removed te Black national Anthem and sung the National Anthem end of the deal and kept the end racism signs.

The black population continues to embrace mechanisms for their own segregation. Strange that.

What a Bizarre twist. I guess they wanted to poke an eye in Pres Trumps face.

It’s hard to understand why so many Whites put up with this anti-White crap, even let their children listen to ridiculous rap and idolize black athletes, most of whom hate them. I don’t get it. Football isn’t as popular with kids as it used to be, although everyone has to go to a party on Super Bowl Sunday and watch the game. Almost every parent i know tells me they worry about concussions and won’t let their kids play. How long can a game few people play stay popular?

For those of us who follow rugby union, a game where the major talking point afterwards is the half time show cannot be compared to any major football (soccer) or championship rugby match. How can you call it football when the kicker sits on the sidelines for much of the match?

This is common for the black male (rappers, athletes, actors) to take their petty feuds publicly. Since not having male role models they emulate mama – had they fathers present in their lives they would act like men and not resort to this kind of effeminate behavior.

You as a whole don’t see this behavior exhibited from the other races.

This year’s halftime show was black run entertainment at its finest. I doubt even blacks could explain the point of it. The sad truth is the Super Bowl halftime show could consist of black males forcibly raping White women and beating White males to death with clubs and White America would still watch the game. The conditioning never ends even though most Whites are already completely under the control of organized jewry and their black pets. They have fully accepted their subordinate role in our sick and disgusting culture.

  10. I skipped the entire Superbowl game. When I read that the black national anthem would be performed , I knew it was way too blackity-black for me. Not to mention the repulsive africanized half-time show.
    I missed nothing.
I look forward to seeing Trump tax the hell out those NFL owners – a disgusting gang of race traitors. I never forgot several of those dumb f**ks taking the knee during the GFloyd hoopla.

They must watch a lot of television where commercials make it appear that blacks are a big majority and all very intelligent and good people.

Remember, the nfl is “sports entertainment”, just like the wwe. Anyway, the nfl players are majority black, so they have to play to that audience. They figure the white people will grin and bear it because they just want to watch the fucking game. Would the nba have reo speedwagon as a guest? Of course not. The billionaires setting these things up are so disconnected from average people that they could care less what we think. Pay the players a lot of money and then entertain them with some low iq jackoff. They know the white fans don’t want to watch that shit but its the super bowl, mute the sound till the game starts.

“They not like us”. I’m not sure I understand the dialect – is the word ‘like’ intended to be a verb or an adjective?

  17. @Director95

“Race Traitors?” They’re Jews! Q.E.D. Did you notice that even the female sportscasters are being infiltrated by Jewesses?

Let’s be honest, the reason viewers increased by 2% is becasue Trump was at the game.

LOL. No. The “fathers” are like that themselves. Negroes are negroes, no matter what other categories they are part of. The lowest economic quintile of White youths commit less crime and so better academically than the highest economic quintile of groids. Black females have a higher murder rate than White men.

  20. And this, children, is what happens if you don’t pick your own cotton.

We know slanty Chxnk ain’t slanty, they been straight in da business. They will toss the flags with those niqqers, and flush them down to Yangzi river like some live devout to ancient Yellow Emperor. The COULD care less or they could NOT care less?

What orcs say (aka “nigger-babble”) is confusing enough. As whites, we should not seek to emulate their mangling of English, also known as the language of white men.

Or maybe auto-correct changed what I typed and I didn’t recheck it before I hit “publish comment”. But thanks for being “their” to check my grammar. I appreciate it.
