The meaning of Haiti is that the Supreme Court can allow Trump to do whatever he wants with TPS, but it doesn’t matter in the end because Trump and his traitor administration have stabbed Americans in the back and allowed Haitians to apply for permanent residence in America. It’s not just the Haitians given TPS in 2010, more than 200k were allowed to enter via CHNV (Cuba, Haiti, Nicaragua, Venezuela) under Biden — many were likely deliberately flown here, then paroled into the country to await a decision on an application for asylum — having to evaluate that many applications for asylum is a tremendous administrative burden, and in general the whole system, including immigration courts, is staffed by bureaucrats who are biased in favor of migrants.

It’s impossible to overstate how malicious CHNV under Biden was — literally millions of non-whites from those countries were admitted, and will be very difficult to find and remove, even if/when their asylum applications are rejected.
