Description

手机寻车技术的数据采集方法以及找车系 统 技术领域
本发明属于互联网领域,尤其是涉及一种手机寻车技术的数据采集方法以及找车系统。
背景技术
现在企业申请的专利数量越来越多,而且将专利用在市场上、产品中的情形也越来越多。
根据国家知识产权的数据库显示,OPPO公司在2014年申请的发明专利数为938个,而同期的腾讯公司的发明专利数为1447个。这两家公司的发明中,有关于用户体验和用户直接操作相关的发明专利约占总数的80%左右。当然包括其他以用户体验为主的公司的类似专利申请也是具有很大的数量级,比如小米公司等。
考虑到技术使用的同时,专利的申请过程和授权后的维护过程都会产生人力、财力上的成本:如答复审查意见、缴纳授权费等,对于核心技术(如:CDMA的底层技术)或市场认同度比较高的技术(如:滑动解锁)而言,那么相关成本就可以忽略不计,对于这些技术的投入是值得的,但这类技术毕竟是少数,更多的技术经过市场验证后,其实并不能触及用户的痛点或痒点,而对这些技术的专利投入,就容易造成成本的浪费。
所以需要有一种方法能够通过实在的数据,及时评估相关技术的市场接受度或价值,同时,为了使得本人的上一个申请《 通过手机找车的方法以及找车系统 》中的相关技术得到及时评估,特提出一种技术使用数据的采集/发送的方法。
技术问题
本发明实施例提供了一种手机寻车技术的数据采集方法,目的在于针对当前许多机场、商城、购物中心等配套的大型停车场找车难的情况,需要提供一种简单、有效的方法能帮助用户轻松、快速找到车辆,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。
技术解决方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种手机寻车技术的数据采集方法,包括以下步骤:
记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息;
用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场;
若是,推送所述停车场地图;
若否,保持原状;
当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机;
当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
本发明实施例还提供了一种找车系统,包括:
记录单元,用于记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息;
连接单元,用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
判断单元,其输入端与所述连接单元的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场;
地图推送单元,其输入端分别与所述判断单元的输出端及所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户第一次进入该停车场时,推送所述停车场地图;
车位号数推送单元,其输入端与所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机;
定位单元,其输入端分别与所述记录单元的输出端及所述车位号数推送单元输出端连接,用于当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线;
数据发送单元,其输入端与所述定位单元的输出端连接,用于向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
有益效果
本发明通过自动发送车位信息,帮助用户定位车辆停放位置,帮助用户轻松、快速找到车辆,同时,通过使用技术后的及时反馈,也方便厂家及时有效的采集相关技术的使用情况。

所述停车场地图可以是一个通用的地图,因为停车场结构通常都是分为楼层,区域,号数三个维度的信息,因此用户根据当前停车场设置地图,并设置好出入口信息,方便在后续步骤中计算最佳路径。
在步骤 S102 中,用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机。
在步骤 S103 中,判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场,若是,进入步骤 S104 ,推送所述停车场地图,若否,进入步骤 S105 ,保持原状。
在步骤 S106 中,当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机。
在步骤 S107 中,当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
所述技术使用数据为用户使用该技术的数据,即所述方法走完前几个步骤时产生的数据,所述数据包括用户使用该技术的次数(如在一定时间内是第几次使用该技术);使用该技术的具体时间点;使用该技术前后用户的相关操作等有助于技术提供方更好的评价技术的市场价值,并根据所述反馈更好的改进技术的数据。

    记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息;
    用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
    判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场;
    若是,推送所述停车场地图;
    若否,保持原状;
    当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机;
    当用户需要找车时,根据所述车位的号数在所述停车场地图中位置及用户当前所在位置,向用户推送最佳取车路线,并向厂家预设的数据采集端发送技术使用数据。
  2. 一种找车系统,其特征在于,所述找车系统包括:
    记录单元,用于记录停车场地图,记录停车场中每个车位对应的号数,记录所述停车场中每个车位号数对应停车场地图中的楼层、区域及号数等位置信息;
    连接单元,用于用户驾驶车辆行驶到停车场入口控制机时,通过 wifi 连接用户手机;
    判断单元,其输入端与所述连接单元的输出端连接,用于判断用户是否第一次进入该停车场;
    地图推送单元,其输入端分别与所述判断单元的输出端及所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户第一次进入该停车场时,推送所述停车场地图;
    车位号数推送单元,其输入端与所述连接单元输出端连接,用于当用户驾驶车辆成功停在车位上时,推送所述车位对应的号数到用户手机;
