Abstract
Description
本発明の第1の実施形態は、(a)エポキシ基を有するシロキサン単位と(b)アルケニル基を有する2官能型シロキサン単位を含有し、重量平均分子量(以下、Mwと示す。)が1000~15000であるポリオルガノシロキサンからなる接着性付与剤である。
ここで、(a)エポキシ基を有するシロキサン単位は、式(1):R1SiO3/2で表される3官能型シロキサン単位と、式(2):R1R2SiO2/2で表される2官能型シロキサン単位と、式(3):R1R2 2SiO1/2で表される1官能型シロキサン単位とからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種である。なお、これらの式において、R1はエポキシ基を有する1価の有機基を示し、R2はアルキル基またはアルコキシ基を示す。
(a)エポキシ基を有するシロキサン単位は、式(1):R1SiO3/2で表される3官能型シロキサン単位(以下、T1ep単位と示す。)と、式(2):R1R2SiO2/2で表される2官能型シロキサン単位(以下、D1ep単位と示す。)と、式(3):R1R2 2SiO1/2で表される1官能型シロキサン単位(以下、M1ep単位と示す。)とからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種のシロキサン単位である。
(b)アルケニル基を有する2官能型シロキサン単位は、式(4):R3 2SiO2/2で表される単位である。なお、式(4)において、R3はアルケニル基、アルキル基およびアリール基から選ばれる1価の炭化水素基を示し、2つのR3のうちの少なくとも1つはアルケニル基である。アルケニル基としては、ビニル基、アリル基、ブテニル基、ペンテニル基、ヘキセニル基等を挙げることができ、ビニル基がより好ましい。アルキル基としては、前記式(1)~(3)のR2において例示したものと同じアルキル基を挙げることができる。アリール基としては、フェニル基、トリル基等を挙げることができる。R3のアルケニル基以外の基は、アルキル基であることが好ましく、特にメチル基が好ましい。以下、前記式(4)で表されるアルケニル基を有する2官能型シロキサン単位を、D1vi単位と示す。
接着性付与剤であるポリオルガノシロキサンは、前記(a)T1ep単位、D1ep単位、M1ep単位から選ばれる少なくとも1種の単位と、前記(b)D1vi単位の他に、式(5):R4SiO3/2で表される3官能型シロキサン単位、および/または式(6):R4 2SiO2/2で表される2官能型シロキサン単位をさらに含有することができる。
第1の実施形態の接着性付与剤は、例えば、以下に示す方法で調製することができる。
すなわち、式:R1Si(OR2)3で表される3官能性シランと、式:R1R2Si(OR2)2で表される2官能性シランと、式:R1R2 2Si(OR2)で表される1官能性シランとから選ばれる少なくとも1種のエポキシ基を有するシラン化合物と、式:R3 2Si(OR2)で表されるアルケニル基を有するシラン化合物、および必要に応じて、式:R4Si(OR2)3で表される3官能性シランおよび/または式:R4 2Si(OR2)2で表される2官能性シランを、反応容器に仕込み、液を塩基性にして加温し、部分加水分解し次いで縮合反応させる。
本発明の第2の実施形態は、接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物であり、(A)アルケニル基を有するポリオルガノシロキサン100質量部と、(B)水素原子を有するポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンを、前記(A)成分中のアルケニル基1個当たり、本成分中の前記水素原子の量が0.1~4.0個となる量と、(C)白金系触媒を触媒量と、(D)前記した本発明の第1の実施形態の接着性付与剤0.05~10質量部をそれぞれ含有することを特徴とする。
以下、各成分について説明する。
(A)成分であるアルケニル基を有するポリオルガノシロキサンは、本発明の第2の実施形態である接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物のベースポリマーである。1分子中にアルケニル基を2個以上有するポリオルガノシロキサンを使用することが好ましい。
すなわち、
式:R5 3SiO1/2(R5はアルケニル基以外の非置換または置換の1価の炭化水素基である。以下同じ。)で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:R5 2R6SiO1/2(R6はアルケニル基である。以下同じ。)で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:R5 2SiO2/2で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:SiO4/2で表されるシロキサン単位とからなる共重合体、
式:R5 3SiO1/2で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:R5 2R6SiO1/2で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:SiO4/2で表されるシロキサン単位とからなる共重合体、
式:R5 2R6SiO1/2で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:R5 2SiO2/2で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:SiO4/2で表されるシロキサン単位とからなる共重合体、
式:R5R6SiO2/2で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:R5SiO3/2で表されるシロキサン単位または式:R6SiO3/2で表されるシロキサン単位とからなる共重合体等が挙げられる。
これらの重合体または共重合体は、1種を単独であるいは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
ポリオルガノシロキサンAAにおいて、ケイ素原子に結合したアルケニル基としては、ビニル基、アリル基、ブテニル基、ペンテニル基、ヘキセニル基、ヘプテニル基のような炭素原子数が2~8個、より好ましくは2~4個のものが挙げられる。特にビニル基が好ましい。このようなアルケニル基は、分子鎖末端と中間のいずれか一方のケイ素原子に結合していてもよいし、分子鎖末端と中間の両方のケイ素原子に結合していてもよい。
そして、ポリオルガノシロキサンAAとして、式:CH3(CH2=CH)SiO2/2で表される2官能型シロキサン単位(以下、DVi単位と示す。)を、全構成単位に対して10モル%以下の割合で含有するポリオルガノシロキサンと、DVi単位を10モル%を超えた割合で含有するポリオルガノシロキサンの、少なくとも2種のポリオルガノシロキサンを使用することが好ましい。ポリオルガノシロキサンAAがこのような2種のポリオルガノシロキサンを有することで、硬化物の硬度や弾性率の調整が容易になるなどの効果がある。
(B)成分であるポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンは、前記(A)成分と反応し架橋成分として作用する。(B)成分の分子構造に特に限定はなく、例えば直鎖状、環状、分岐状、三次元網目状(樹脂状)などの各種のポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンを使用することができる。
すなわち、
式:R5 3SiO1/2(R5は前記の通り。)で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:R5 2HSiO1/2で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:SiO4/2で表されるシロキサン単位とからなる共重合体、
式:R5 2HSiO1/2で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:SiO4/2で表されるシロキサン単位とからなる共重合体、
式:R5HSiO2/2で表されるシロキサン単位と、式:R5SiO3/2で表されるシロキサン単位または式:HSiO3/2で表されるシロキサン単位とからなる共重合体等が挙げられる。
これらの重合体または共重合体は、1種を単独であるいは2種以上を組み合わせて使用することができる。
(C)成分である白金系触媒は、(A)成分中のアルケニル基と(B)成分中のSi-H基との付加反応(ヒドロシリル化反応)を促進する触媒である。(C)成分としては、例えば、塩化白金酸、塩化白金酸のアルコール溶液、オレフィン類やビニル基含有シロキサンまたはアセチレン化合物を配位子として有する白金錯体等を使用することができる。
(D)成分は、本発明の第2の実施形態のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に接着性を付与する成分である。(D)成分としては、前記した第1の実施形態である接着性付与剤、すなわち(a)T1ep単位、D1ep単位、M1ep単位から選ばれる少なくとも1種のシロキサン単位と、(b)D1vi単位とを含有し、Mwが1000~15000のポリオルガノシロキサンが使用される。
こうして得られた第2の実施形態の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物の粘度は、25℃において回転粘度計で測定した値として、100~50,000mPa・sの範囲が好ましく、特に300~10,000mPa・sの範囲が好ましい。
以下の記載において、M単位、Mvi単位、MH単位、D単位、DVi単位、DH単位、DPh2単位、T単位、TPh単位およびQ単位は、それぞれ以下の式で表されるシロキサン単位を表す。また、メチル基をMe、フェニル基をPhは、ビニル基をViと示すこともある。

また、粘度は、特に断らない限り25℃における値である。
まず、以下に示すようにして、接着性付与剤(D1)~(D6)をそれぞれ調製した。
2リットルの反応容器に、γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン185.9g(0.788モル)と、ジメチルジメトキシシラン347.1g(2.888モル)と、メチルトリメトキシシラン178.5g(1.313モル)と、メチルビニルジメトキシシラン34.7g(0.263モル)、およびトルエン105gを仕込んだ後、6Nの水酸化ナトリウム(NaOH)水溶液1.02gとイオン交換水(この段階で加えるイオン交換水を、イオン交換水(1)と示す。)53gを投入して撹拌を行った。
合成例1と同量の、γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランとジメチルジメトキシシランとメチルトリメトキシシランとメチルビニルジメトキシシランおよびトルエンをそれぞれ反応容器に仕込んだ。そして、表1に示す質量のイオン交換水(1)およびイオン交換水(2)を加えて部分加水分解および縮合反応の程度を変えた以外は合成例1と同様の操作を行い、接着性付与剤(D2)~(D3)をそれぞれ得た。
γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン212.5g(0.900モル)と、ジメチルジメトキシシラン577.0g(4.800モル)と、メチルビニルジメトキシシラン39.7g(0.300モル)およびトルエン105gをそれぞれ反応容器に仕込み、合成例1と同様の操作を行い、接着性付与剤(D4)を得た。なお、この合成例4においても、合成例2~3と同様に、表1に示す質量のイオン交換水(1)およびイオン交換水(2)を加えることで、部分加水分解および縮合反応の程度を合成例1とは変えた。
合成例1と同量の、γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシランとジメチルジメトキシシランとメチルトリメトキシシランとメチルビニルジメトキシシランおよびトルエンをそれぞれ反応容器に仕込んだ。そして、表1に示す質量のイオン交換水(1)およびイオン交換水(2)を加えて部分加水分解および縮合反応の程度を変えた以外は合成例1と同様の操作を行い、接着性付与剤(D5)を得た。
2リットルの反応容器に、γ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン124.0g(0.525モル)と、メチルトリメトキシシラン119.0g(0.875モル)と、ジフェニルジメトキシシラン256.6g(1.050モル)と、ジメチルジメトキシシラン105.2g(0.875モル)と、メチルビニルジメトキシシラン23.1g(0.175モル)、およびトルエン105gをそれぞれ仕込んだ。そして、合成例1と同様の操作を行い、接着性付与剤(D6)を得た。

(式中、Rは、以下の化学式で表されるγ-グリシドキシプロピル基である。)
さらに、接着性付与剤(D6)は、Tep単位と、T単位と、D単位と、Dvi単位と、DPh単位、およびメトキシ基(OMe)をそれぞれ有し、各単位およびメトキシ基のモル存在比(t1:t2:d1:d2:d3:e)は、表1に示す通り、15:25:25:5:30:15であった。

ただし、理論加水分解物質量(g)は、出発物質である各シランの加水分解物質量(モル数×加水分解物分子量)を合計したものである。
(A1)分子鎖両末端がジメチルビニルシロキシ基で封鎖された直鎖状のジメチルポリシロキサン(粘度3000mPa・s)70.54質量部(以下、単に部と示す。)と、
(A2)分子鎖両末端がジメチルビニルシロキシ基で封鎖された直鎖状のジメチルポリシロキサン(粘度3000mPa・s)と、平均単位式:M5MviQ8で表される分岐状のメチルポリシロキサン(Mn=2760、Mw/Mn=1.27)との6:4(不揮発分)混合物22.95部と、
(B1)単位式:MHDH 3D7MHで表される、分子鎖両末端および中間部にケイ素に結合した水素原子を有するメチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン5.00部((A)成分中のビニル基に対する(B)成分中のSiH基のモル(当量)比(H/Vi)=1.65)、(C)テトラメチルテトラビニルシクロテトラシロキサンを配位子として有する白金錯体溶液(Pt分1.8質量%)0.015部、反応抑制剤である2-フェニル-3-ブチン-2-オールの、分子鎖両末端がジメチルビニルシロキシ基で封鎖された直鎖状のジメチルポリシロキサン(粘度3000mPa・s)溶液(1質量%)1.5部、および合成例1で得られた接着性付与剤(D1)3.03部をそれぞれ混合し、ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例1で使用した(A1)と(A2)、(A3)分子鎖両末端がジメチルビニルシロキシ基で封鎖された直鎖状のジメチルポリシロキサン(粘度10、000mPa・s)、(A4)分子鎖両末端がジメチルビニルシロキシ基で封鎖された直鎖状のジメチルポリシロキサン(粘度10、000mPa・s)と、平均単位式:M5MviQ8で表される分岐状のメチルポリシロキサン(Mn=2760、Mw/Mn=1.27)との4:6(不揮発分)混合物、実施例1で使用した(B1)、(B2)単位式:MDH 12D28Mで表される、分子鎖中間部にケイ素に結合した水素原子を有するメチルハイドロジェンポリシロキサン、実施例1と同じ(C)テトラメチルテトラビニルシクロテトラシロキサンを配位子として有する白金錯体溶液(Pt分1.8質量%)、および反応抑制剤を、表2に示す割合でそれぞれ配合した。さらに、接着性付与剤として、合成例2~5で得られた接着性付与剤(D-2)~(D-5)またはγ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン(エポキシ基含有量4.51mmol/g)を、表2に示す割合でそれぞれ配合し、ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物の試料を150℃で1時間放置し、重量減少率をTGA装置(セイコーインスツルメンツ社製、装置名;TG/DTA6200)により測定した。
ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物の試料を、5050型LEDパッケージ(佐用精機株式会社製)のPPA製リフレクター内に充填した後、80℃で1時間加熱した後150℃で5時間加熱して硬化させた。次いで、85℃、85%RHの雰囲気で168時間エージングを行った後、図1に示すプロファイルで加熱して昇温させた。すなわち、40℃から4.7℃/秒の速度で約30秒間昇温させ、180℃で1分間保持した後、さらに4.5℃/秒の速度で20秒間昇温させ、270℃で10秒間保持した。そして、PPA製リフレクターから組成物が剥離する温度を求めた。
すなわち、(a)エポキシ基を有するシロキサン単位であるTep単位と、(b)アルケニル基を有する2官能型シロキサン単位であるDvi単位をそれぞれ含有し、1000~15000の範囲のMwを有する接着性付与剤(D1)~(D4)を、付加反応型ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に配合して得られた実施例1~6のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物は、接着性付与剤としてγ-グリシドキシプロピルトリメトキシシラン、またはMwが1000以下の接着性付与剤(D-5)が配合された比較例1~2のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物に比べて、TGAによる重量減少率が大幅に少なくなっており、加熱による接着性付与剤の揮発がほとんど生じていないことがわかる。
そして、比較例1~2のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物からなる封止層が、硬化後の昇温工程でPPAからなる基材(リフレクター)との界面で剥離を生じているのに対して、実施例1~6のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物からなる封止層では剥離が見られず、PPAに対する良好な接着性を維持していることがわかる。
(Aa1)ジメチルジクロロシラン129g(1モル)、(Aa2)ジフェニルジクロロシラン253g(1モル)、(Aa3)フェニルトリクロロシラン212g(1モル)の混合物に、水38gとメタノール237gからなるメタノール水溶液を滴下し、共加水分解を行った。滴下終了後、60~70℃の還流温度で30分間加熱し、共加水分解反応を完了させた。その後、反応混合物を冷却し、メタノール254gを加えて15分間撹拌した後、30分間静置して分液を行った。塩酸とメタノールの混合溶液が上層に、反応生成物が下層に分離した。
(Aa1)ジメチルジクロロシラン129g(1モル)、(Aa2)ジフェニルジクロロシラン253g(1モル)、(Aa3)フェニルトリクロロシラン635g(3モル)の混合物に、水53gとメタノール330gからなるメタノール水溶液を滴下し、共加水分解を行った。滴下終了後、60~70℃の還流温度で30分間加熱し、共加水分解反応を完了させた。その後、反応混合物を冷却し、メタノール254gを加えて15分間撹拌した後、30分間静置して分液を行った。塩酸とメタノールの混合溶液が上層に、反応生成物が下層に分離した。
5リットルの反応容器に、オクタメチルシクロテトラシロキサン339.0g(1.14モル)と、ジビニルテトラメチルジシロキサン1.6g(0.0086モル)、およびテトラメチルテトラビニルシクロテトラシロキサン57.7g(0.17モル)を仕込み、総質量(400g)の50ppmに相当する水酸化カリウム0.02gを添加して撹拌した。そして、撹拌しながら130℃に加熱し、6時間開環重合を行った。
したがって、得られた中間生成物CCは、平均単位式:MviD539DVi 79Mviで表される、末端および側鎖にビニル基を有するポリメチルシロキサンであることがわかる。
(第1の工程)
中間生成物AA(メトキシ基を有するシリコーンレジン)200gにキシレン200gを加えて希釈し、これに50質量%(50%と示す。以下同様である。)の水酸化セシウム水溶液0.6gと水50gを加え、加熱して加水分解を行った。赤外吸収スペクトル測定において、波数2830cm-1のメトキシ基に由来する特性吸収が消失するまで反応を継続した。
こうして、平均単位式:(Me2SiO2/2)34(Ph2SiO2/2)33(PhSiO3/2)33で示される、メトキシ基を有しないシリコーンレジン重合物の水酸化セリウム含有キシレン溶液を得た。
第1の工程で得られた反応生成物の樹脂分85gに、中間生成物CCである両末端および側鎖にビニル基を有するポリメチルシロキサン(Vi量1.73mmol/g)10gと環状ポリメチルビニルシロキサン(MeViSiO2/2)4(Vi量11.6mmol/g)5gを加え、キシレン還流温度で5時間反応させてグラフト重合と平衡化を行った。冷却後、トリメチルクロロシラン0.3gを加えて中和した後、キシレン溶液を水で洗浄し分液操作により水層を除く操作(水洗操作)を行った。水洗操作を繰り返し、水層が中性になった後、キシレン層に残存する水をキシレンと共沸することにより除いた。こうして脱水の完了したキシレン層をろ過した後、キシレンを減圧留去することにより、シリコーンレジンA-1を得た。

こうして、平均単位式:(Me2SiO2/2)20(Ph2SiO2/2)20(PhSiO3/2)60で示されるメトキシ基を有しないシリコーンレジン重合物の水酸化セリウム含有キシレン溶液を得た。
第1の工程で得られた反応生成物の樹脂分76.5gに、中間生成物CCである両末端および側鎖にビニル基を有するポリメチルシロキサン(Vi量1.73mmol/g)14.5gと環状ポリメチルビニルシロキサン(MeViSiO2/2)4(Vi量11.6mmol/g)9gを加え、キシレン還流温度で5時間反応させてグラフト重合と平衡化を行った。冷却後、トリメチルクロロシラン0.3gを加えて中和した後、キシレン溶液を水で洗浄し分液操作により水層を除く操作(水洗操作)を行った。水洗操作を繰り返し、水層が中性になった後、キシレン層に残存する水をキシレンと共沸することにより除いた。こうして脱水の完了したキシレン層をろ過した後、キシレンを減圧留去することにより、シリコーンレジンA-4を得た。

反応容器に、テトラメチルジシロキサン402g(3モル)と、濃塩酸100gと、イオン交換水240g、およびエタノール200gを仕込み、撹拌しながら15℃以下に冷却した。冷却が完了したら、フェニルトリメトキシシラン793g(4モル)を250g/時間の速度で滴下した。加水分解の開始とともに発熱が始まるので、反応混合物の温度が15℃を超えないように、冷却を継続した。
触媒量のPt触媒の存在下で、1,3,5-トリアリルイソシアヌレート(日本化成社製、商品名;TAIC)64gとメチルジメトキシシラン34gとを2時間ヒドロシリル化反応させた。こうして、[化6]で表されるメチルジメトキシシリル基1個とビニル基2個を有するイソシアヌル酸誘導体と、[化7]で表されるメチルジメトキシシリル基2個とビニル基1個を有するイソシアヌル酸誘導体との混合物を得た。
合成例7で得られたシリコーンレジンA-1(平均組成式:TPh 25.42DPh2 25.42D40.07DVi 9.04MVi 0.05で表されるポリオルガノシロキサン)50部と、合成例8で得られたシリコーンレジンA-2(平均組成式:TPh 25.67DPh2 25.67D33.45DVi 15.18MVi 0.03で表されるポリオルガノシロキサン)50部との混合物に、合成例12で得られた単位式:MH 6TPh 4で表されるポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンB3を19.1部((A)成分中のビニル基に対する(B)成分中のSiH基のモル(当量)比(H/Vi)=1.28)、(C)テトラメチルテトラビニルシクロテトラシロキサンを配位子として有する白金錯体溶液(Pt分1.8%)0.02部、および、合成例1で得られた単位式:Tep 15T25D55Dvi 5(OMe)15で表される接着性付与剤D1の1.1部をそれぞれ添加し混練して、ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を得た。
表3および表4に示す各成分を同表に示す割合で配合し、実施例7と同様にしてポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
なお、表3および表4において、H/Vi比は、(A)成分と(B)成分における、ケイ素原子に結合した水素原子とケイ素原子に結合したビニル基とのモル比を示す。
また、各成分は以下の通りである。
シリコーンレジンA-3…………合成例9で得られた平均組成式:TPh 46.77DPh2 15.59D22.54DVi 15.07MVi 0.03で表されるポリオルガノシロキサン
シリコーンレジンA-4…………合成例10で得られた平均組成式:TPh 39.71DPh2 13.24D32.27DVi 14.71MVi 0.07で表されるポリオルガノシロキサン
シリコーンレジンA-5…………合成例11で得られた平均組成式:TPh 46.32DPh2 15.44D29.21DVi 8.97MVi 0.05で表されるポリオルガノシロキサン
ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンB4…………単位式:MHDPh2MHで表されるジフェニルハイドロジェンシロキサン
接着性付与剤D6…………合成例6で得られた単位式:Tep 15T25DPh 30D25Dvi 5(OMe)15で表される接着性付与剤
表5に示す各成分を同表に示す割合で配合し、実施例7と同様にしてポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を得た。
なお、表5において、Si基含有接着付与剤は、
硬化前のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物の粘度を、23℃±2℃において回転粘度計を用いて測定した。
硬化前のポリオルガノシロキサン組成物について、ナトリウムD線(波長589nm)の屈折率を多波長アッベ屈折計(アタゴ社製、装置名;DR-M2/1550)を用いて測定した。測定は25℃で行った。
(PPAからの剥離の有無)
3528型LEDパッケージを150℃で2時間乾燥した後、PPA樹脂(株式会社クラレ社、商品名:Genestar)からなる基材内に、ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物の試料をシリンジを用いて充填した。そして、100℃で2時間次いで150℃で3時間加熱し、試料を硬化させた。室温で冷却後、硬化物のPPA樹脂からの剥離の有無を、マイクロスコープ(60~80倍)を用いて調べた。そして、試料数(n)10個とし、剥離が見られる個数をカウントした。
前記PPAからの剥離試験に用いた試料充填硬化済みのLEDパッケージを用いて、IPC/JEDEC J-STD-020D.1に準じたMSL3試験を行った。この試験では、試料充填硬化済みのLEDパッケージを125℃で24時間乾燥させた後、Level3の条件下、60℃/60%RHのチャンバー内に40時間放置して吸湿させた。吸湿後室温で15分間放置し、最高260℃のリフローオーブン(1サイクル約5分)に投入した。5分間の室温冷却後、再びリフローオーブンに投入し、これを計3回繰り返した。次いで、室温に冷却し、硬化物のPPA樹脂からの剥離の有無をマイクロスコープ(60~80倍)を用いて調べた。そして、10個のうちで剥離が見られる試料の個数をカウントした。
Claims (15)
- (a)式:R1SiO3/2(式中、R1はエポキシ基を有する1価の有機基を示す。)で表される3官能型シロキサン単位と、式:R1R2SiO2/2(式中、R1は上記と同様である。R2はアルキル基またはアルコキシ基を示す。)で表される2官能型シロキサン単位と、式:R1R2 2SiO1/2(式中、R1およびR2はいずれも上記と同様である。)で表される1官能型シロキサン単位とからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の、エポキシ基を有するシロキサン単位と、
(b)式:R3 2SiO2/2(式中、R3はアルケニル基、アルキル基およびアリール基から選ばれる1価の炭化水素基を示し、少なくとも1つはアルケニル基である。)で表される、アルケニル基を有する2官能型シロキサン単位を含有し、
重量平均分子量が1000~15000であるポリオルガノシロキサンからなることを特徴とする接着性付与剤。 - 前記(a)エポキシ基を有するシロキサン単位は、ケイ素原子に結合したグリシドキシアルキル基を有することを特徴とする請求項1記載の接着性付与剤。
- 前記(a)エポキシ基を有するシロキサン単位として、前記式:R1SiO3/2で表される3官能型シロキサン単位を有することを特徴とする請求項1または2記載の接着性付与剤。
- 前記ポリオルガノシロキサンは、式:R4SiO3/2(式中、R4はアルキル基またはアリール基を示す。)で表される3官能型シロキサン単位、および/または式:R4 2SiO2/2(式中、R4は上記と同様である。)で表される2官能型シロキサン単位をさらに含有することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれか1項記載の接着性付与剤。
- (A)ケイ素原子に結合したアルケニル基を有するポリオルガノシロキサン100質量部と、
(B)ケイ素原子に結合した水素原子を有するポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンを、前記(A)成分中のアルケニル基1個当たり、本成分中の前記水素原子の量が0.1~4.0個となる量と、
(C)白金系触媒を触媒量と、
(D)請求項1~4のいずれか1項記載の接着性付与剤0.05~10質量部
をそれぞれ含有してなることを特徴とする接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 - 前記(A)成分であるポリオルガノシロキサンは、アリール基を有する3官能型シロキサン単位を含むことを特徴とする請求項5記載の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 前記(B)ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンを、前記(A)成分中のアルケニル基1個当たり、本成分中の前記水素原子が0.5~2.5個となる量配合することを特徴とする請求項6記載の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 前記(A)成分は、式:C6H5SiO3/2で表される3官能型シロキサン単位を、構成単位全体に対して20~60モル%の割合で含有するポリオルガノシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする請求項6または7記載の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 前記(A)成分は、式:CH3(CH2=CH)SiO2/2で表される2官能型シロキサン単位を、構成単位全体に対して10モル%以下の割合で含有するポリオルガノシロキサンと、前記式:CH3(CH2=CH)SiO2/2で表される2官能型シロキサン単位を、構成単位全体に対して10モル%を超えた割合で含有するポリオルガノシロキサンの、少なくとも2種のポリオルガノシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする請求項6~8のいずれか1項記載の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 前記(A)成分は、式:C6H5SiO3/2で表される3官能型シロキサン単位を、構成単位全体に対して30~55モル%の割合で含有するポリオルガノシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする請求項9記載の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 前記(B)成分は、式:C6H5SiO3/2で表される3官能型シロキサン単位を有する分岐状ポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする請求項6~10のいずれか1項記載の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 前記(B)成分は、分子鎖両末端のケイ素原子にそれぞれ結合した水素原子を有するポリオルガノハイドロジェンシロキサンを含むことを特徴とする請求項6~11のいずれか1項記載の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- さらに、(E)アルコキシ基を有するイソシアヌレート化合物0.05~5質量部を含有することを特徴とする請求項6~12のいずれか1項記載の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- 請求項5~13のいずれか1項記載の接着性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を硬化してなる硬化物を有することを特徴とする光半導体装置。
- 前記硬化物は、蛍光体を含有することを特徴とする請求項14記載の光半導体装置。
