Abstract

 方向性電磁鋼板の通板速度が変動した場合にあってもレーザや電子ビーム等の高エネルギービーム照射による磁区の細分化を確実に行うことのできる装置構成について提案する。 仕上げ焼鈍済みの方向性電磁鋼板の搬送路を横切る向きに高エネルギービームを走査して通板中の該鋼板表面に高エネルギービームを照射して磁区の細分化を行う鉄損改善装置であり、前記高エネルギービームを前記鋼板の搬送方向と直角方向に走査する照射機構に、該走査方向を、前記直角方向に対して、前記搬送路における鋼板の通板速度に基づく角度分を搬送方向へ傾けて指向させる機能をそなえる。
