Definitions
- the invention deals with a quick stop for a particular foreign-powered weapon.
- a device for loading a machine gun which has a control body in the plane of the tube core axis.
- the two control cams supporting control body is mounted coaxially around the weapon housing in the region of the pipe receiving.
- One of the two cams is on the shell side, the other integrated on the front side of the control body.
- the shell-side control cam is used for straight-line feeding of the closure, the other for locking the lock.
- a protection system against late start or after ignition is known.
- the weapon is equipped with a rapid stop next to a sensor for detecting a recoil, which can be brought to stop a normally continuously moving chain part and thus to stop the movement of the shutter in an engaged relative to the chain part position.
- a locking device responsive to the sensor controls the movement of the stop between the engaged position in which the chain member is stopped and a disengaged position in which the movement of the chain member is otherwise unobstructed.
- the protection system includes two links connected to the chain member, a main link and a safety link, and a trigger bar controlled by a solenoid and a recoil pusher bar.
- the recoil push rod is for releasing a recoil latch when the shot is broken, the trigger bar for placing the safety member in place when locking the weapon, and releasing when the ammunition is properly fired.
- the trigger rod engages the main member, since the solenoid is turned off.
- such an electrically controlled solenoid is undesirable in particular in safety devices of this type, since itself prone to failure.
- a possible material breakage of the rods also makes the safety device not functionally reliable.
- the entire unit is also structurally very complex.
- DE 32 18 550 C2 discloses a blocking device for a machine gun with a foreign-driven shutter drive. This is an energy resulting from the shot development for a shot control device for interrupting the external energy supply. In a non-broken shot and the absence of return movement, disengagement of a control cam of the device from a retracted position to a driving position is prevented while a shift lever is being transported by a disconnector cam to a position where the continuous throttling of the power supply is achieved.
- the disadvantage of this solution is also the high design complexity and the associated weight.
- the problem with a rotationally symmetrical shutter feed is now to include a quick stop, which engages in a functional manner in the shortest possible time, but this does not destroy.
- the invention has the object to show a quick stop for such Munitionsund shutter feed.
- the invention is based on the idea to incorporate a quick stop, which has a subordinate position on the control body, which, if a shot fails, acts on the control body and thus prevents the control body from further rotation.
- the resulting stopping of the rotational energy of the control body is further converted into an axial movement in order to avoid a break of the quick stop or the control body.
- a preferably integrally connected to the control body force transducer is provided, which receives the remaining rotational energy as axial movement.
- a stop means which then, if the shot fails and a weapon return or the like is missing, causes a subordination, whereby further rotation of the control body is prevented.
- the invention further contemplates to incorporate an energy-degrading device, so as to reduce or stop the stopped rotational energy.
- a toothed tooth incorporated on the input side is provided on the control body into which a counterpart, likewise with a toothing, engages.
- a force transducer for the residual energy is in turn preferably integrated in the counterpart and is formed in a simplest form by springs.
- the stop means is controlled away, the drive continues to run normally.
- a gas pressure is preferred, for example, in a floating storage of the weapon (shot partial return shot). If the shot remains off, the subordination remains subordinate. The further rotation of the control body is prevented. The remaining energy of the stopped control body is absorbed by the force transducer, wherein the counterpart runs out of the toothing of the control body.
- the toothing of the control body on the one hand has a counter to the direction of rotation of the control body facing or extending sliding surface and on the other hand, an edgy shape. Accordingly, the tooth configuration is at the counterpart.
- the stop means is a lever. This engages in the circumferentially integrated on the control body sub-position, which in turn is preferably involved in the counterpart, so that the sliding away of the counterpart is supported by the control body.
- stop means will only attack if it fails to reach the position, although this is certainly technically complex.

- a closure and on the front curve 3 locking blocks 20 of the closure are moved, the latter for opening or closing a cargo space 21 of a weapon unspecified darg Congressen.
- Another, preferably provided on the other end face of the control body 1 end curve 4 is designed in the form of a toothing 5.
- the shape of the teeth 5, 7 is similar to an angular Z and thus allows the counterpart is taken in the free direction of rotation, in the reverse direction, when the control body 1 is prevented from rotating, from the teeth 5 of the control body 1 can slide out.

- a sub-position 9 is integrated on the control body 1, to which a lever 10 engages. 11 with an armor housing fixed part is characterized, for example, the lever 10 carries.
- the lever 10 When shot, the lever 10 is preferably rotated away from the lower position 9, the control body 1 is further rotated by running a driver not shown in the control cam 2. Also rotated is the counterpart 6 with the force transducer 8. This is done by the angular shape of both teeth 5 and 7.
- the lever 10 which is returned to its initial position after each successful pushing away, continues to engage the lower part 9.
- the third-party drive not shown in detail (this engages in a toothing 11 of the control body 1) is stopped.
- the control body 1 is in turn no longer rotated, since the (unspecified dargixie) driver in the shell-side control cam 2 is not moved (closure movement is prevented - locking latch remain locked).
- the mass of the control body 1 causes only a so-called residual energy in the control body 1 is present, which rotates the control body 1 continues.
- This residual energy is reduced by the fact that with the further rotation of the control body 1, the counterpart 6 is rotated out of the teeth 5 of the end curve 4 and pressed against the force transducer 8, whereby the mass-related (residual) movement and thus the remaining rotational energy of the control body 1 in a axial movement is converted and degraded / recorded.
- the control body 1 can thus only rotate until the rotational energy of the same is the same as that of the force or energy absorber (of the spring assembly).
- the control body 1 may only be rotated until the frontal locking cam can open the lock.
