Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif d'arrêt instantané pour un mécanisme d'entraînement au moyen d'un corps de commande (1) appliqué sur la carcasse de l'arme de manière symétrique en rotation permettant une alimentation linéaire de la culasse d'une mitrailleuse. Le dispositif d'arrêt instantané présente un cran inférieur (9) intégré sur le corps de commande (1), dont le mouvement est libéré lorsque le coup est tiré et qui reste bloqué lorsque le coup est bloqué. Un élément d'absorption d'énergie (8) également intégré sur le corps de commande (1) permet de transformer l'énergie de rotation résiduelle en un déplacement axial et ainsi de freiner le déplacement (résiduel) induit par la masse du corps de commande (1). L'élément d'absorption d'énergie (8) consiste, dans sa forme la plus simple, en des ressorts.
