本発明の、 包装紙で包装された板状食品 （以下、 単に 「板状食品」 とも言う） を包装容器に収容した包装体は、 包装紙が抜き取り部と固着部とからなり、 抜 き取り部と固着部との間のミシン目を切断し抜き取り部を抜き取って開封可 能になっていること、 および、 包装紙が固着部でもって包装容器に固着されて いることを特徴とする。
包装容器は多角形状の主板、 及び主板の上辺に連設された蓋板及び主板の下 辺に連設された支持板からなり、 主板及び支持板は板状食品を収納する収納部 を形成し、 包装紙の固着部が収納部の内面に固着して板状食品を包装容器に保 持していてよい。

収納部に収納された板状食品は主板側と蓋板側の複数列に並べられており、 主板に近い列の固着部は収納部にて主板に、 そして、 蓋板に近い列の固着部は 収納部にて枠板に固着されていてよい。
支持板は、 主板に連設し収納部の厚みを形成する側板と、 側板に連設し、 側, 板に接する板状食品が側板と主板とで構成される角部に保持されることを支 持する枠板とからなつていてよい。
側板は、 主板の蓋板が連設されていない少なくとも 3辺に設けられていてよ い。
蓋板は、 主板の上辺に連設される連結板と、 連結板に連設し板状食品を覆つ て保護する正面板とからなつていてよい。
本発明の、 包装紙で包装された板状食品を包装容器に収容した包装体におい て、 相互に閉蓋して板状食品を収容するための食品収容室を形成する多角形状 の 2つの主板と主板の遊端縁に連設された支持板とからなり、 支持板は主板と 協働して固着部を固着するべく主板と接するように折り返されていてよい。 主板は四角形であってよい。
少なくとも一方の支持板は、 両主板が閉蓋して食品収容室を形成したときに、 板状食品が収納され得る厚みを形成するスぺーサを構成してよい。
スぺーサを構成する支持板は、 支持板の遊端縁に位置し主板に接触して固着 部を固着する押さえ板、 主板に連設しスぺーサの厚みを形成する下底板、 下底 板に連設し且つ押さえ板と対峙してスぺーサを形成する蓋受け板、 押さえ板と 蓋受け板との間に連設される上底板からなっていてよい。
スぺーサを構成しない支持板は、 主板に接触し且つ主板と協働して固着部を 固着する押さえ板からなっていてよい。
各支持板と協働した両主板により固着部を固着された板状食品は、 両主板が 互いに閉蓋して食品収容室を形成したときに複数の列を構成してよい。
食品収容室を形成すべく閉蓋した両主板が互いに解離しないように、 係合す る係合孔と係合片がそれぞれ支持板に形成されていてよい。
実施例 1
図 1乃至 5を用いて本実施例を説明する。
図中の 1はチュ一^ Γンガム、 チョコレート等の板状食品であり、 包装紙で包 装していない状態を示している。
2は紙、 ポリプロピレン、 アルミ等の単品からなるあるいはこれらをラミネ 一卜した、 板状食品を包む包装紙で包装した板状食品であり、 板状食品 1の外 周を、 好ましくは上下方向を軸にして巻くように包み、 上下端部 3及び 4を折 り返すことにより包装している。 その板状食品を包装している包装紙の上下方 向の中央やや下寄りの位置にはミシン目 5が形成されている。 ミシン目より上 側の包装紙部分は抜き取り部 6、 下側の部分は固着部 7と称する。
主板 9の下縁に底板 1 0を介して枠板 1 1を連設し、 また、 主板 9の左縁に 側板 1 2を介して枠板 1 3を、 同じく主板 9の右縁に側板 1 4を介して枠板 1 5を連設している。 底板 1 0若しくは側板 1 2及び 1 4とそれぞれに連設され た枠板 1 1若しくは 1 3及び 1 5とで、 支持板を構成する。 底板 1 0、 側板 1 2及び 1 4、 そして枠板 1 1、 1 3及び 1 5とで囲まれた空間は、 板状食品包 装物 2の収納部 2 0を構成する。
主板 9の上縁には連結板 1 6を介して正面板 1 7が連設されている。 連結板 1 6と正面板 1 7とで蓋板を構成する。 蓋板は連結板を含まず正面板のみから なってもよい。 1 8は正面板 1 7の先端に設けた係合片、 1 9は上記枠板 1 1 に開設された、 蓋板の閉蓋時にその係合片 1 8を係合させる係合孔である。 固着部 7は包装容器 8の収納部 2 0の内面を構成する主板 9の面若しくは 支持板特に枠板 1 1の面 （以下、 各板の 「構成内面」 という） に固着される。 板状食品包装物 2は、 収納部 2 0内に、 前後複数列例えば 2列に重ねた状態で 収納できる。 収納された板状食品包装物 2はその固着部 7でもつて包装容器 8 に固着されてい.る。 包装容器 8の前の方に収容されている板状食品包装物 2な らば枠板 1 1の面に、 後ろの方ならば主板 9の面に固着されることが好ましい。 具体的には、 前の方の列 （以下、 「前列」 という） の板状食品 1は、 固着部 7 の前面 7 aを枠板 1 1の構成内面に固着し、 後の方の列 （以下、 「後列」 とい う）の板状食品 1は、固着部 7の後面 7 bを主板 9の構成内面に固着している。 また、 前列の固着部 7の後面 7 bと後列の固着部 7の前面 7 a同士も、 必要に 応じ適宜固着することができる。
固着部 7の固着は、 接着剤や粘着テープによる接着あるいは溶着等により行 うことができる。
包装体 1 0 0は、 正面板 1 Ίの係合片 1 8を係合孔 1 9に係合させることに より閉蓋され、 板状食品 1を 2列に重ねて収納したコンパク卜な薄板状となる (図 5 )。
収納部 2 0の厚さを薄くする、 すなわち実施例 1では底板 1 0、 側板 1 2及 び 1 4および連結板 1 6の幅を狭くすることで、 板状食品包装物 2を 1列だけ 収納する包装体とすることもできる。 この場合、 固着部 7の前面を枠板 1 1の 構成内面に及び/又はその後面を主板 9の構成内面に固着できる。
板状食品包装物 2の上部を包装紙の抜き取り部 6ごと摘んで引くことによ りミシン目 5を切断し板状食品 1を露出した形で取り出せる。 或いは包装紙の 抜き取り部 6のみを抜脱する。 その結果 これにより、 板状食品 1は容器内に て露出し、 上方に取出し可能となるので、 指で摘み上げるかあるいは直接口で 卩至えて取り出して、 片手が塞がっている場合でも容易に取り出して喫食するこ とができる。
以上述べてきたように、 本実施例の包装体 1 0 0は、 閉蓋状態でポケットゃ バッグにしまって携帯しやすい薄板状をなすもので、 各板状食品 1は包装容器 8に固着され、 しかも閉蓋されているから持ち運びの際にポケットやバッグの 中でバラバラになることもない。 また、 板状食品 1の取り出しも極めて行いや すいものである。
実施例 2
図 6乃至 1 0を用いて本実施例を説明する。
本実施例の包装体 2 0 0の包装容器 3 1は、 一方の主板 3 2の下縁に下底板 3 3を介して蓋受け板 3 4、 上底板 3 5及び押さえ板 3 6を連設するとともに、 主板 3 2の上縁に連結板 3 7を介して正面板としても機能するもう一つの主 板 3 8 (以下、 「蓋板」 とも言う） を連設している。 すなわち、 下底板 3 3、 蓋受け板 3 4、 上底板 3 5及び押さえ板 3 6で支持板を構成している。 また、 板状食品包装物 2を収容した状態で、 後述する係合片と係合孔とが完全に係合 できるほどの寸法を主板 3 2と 3 8が有しているならば、 連結板 3 7を設けな い形態も可能である。
蓋板 3 8の遊端縁には押さえ板 3 9が連設されている。 この、 後述するスぺ ーサを構成しない押さえ板 3 9は単独で、 主板 3 8に連設する支持板を構成す る。
4 0はその押さえ板の中央に形成され主板 3 8の遊端縁に位置する係合片、 4 1は、 蓋受け板 3 4に開設され、 主板 3 8の閉蓋時に係合片 4 0を係合させ る係合孔である。
この包装容器 3 1は、 上記の台紙を組み立てて、 すなわち下底板 3 3、 蓋受 け板 3 4、 上底板 3 5及び押さえ板 3 6を折り曲げて中空枠状のスぺーサ 4 2 を形成し、 また、 スぺーザが構成されていない遊端縁を有するほうの蓋板 3 8 に連設されている押さえ板 3 9を折り曲げて組み立てられる。
その組立ての際、 実施例 1と同様に板状食品包装物 2を、 その固着部 7の端 部を押さえ板 3 6と主板 3 2の間に挟んで接着し、 H 蓋板 3 8と押さえ板 3 9との間に挟んで接着することにより、 板状食品包装物 2を固着して収納す る。
蓋板 3 8を閉じ、 その係合片 4 0を係合孔 4 1に係合させることにより、 包 装体 2 0 0は、 主板 3 2に連設されている押さえ板 3 6及び蓋板 3 8に連設さ れている押さえ板 3 9に固着された板状食品包装物 2を 2列に重ねた状態で 収納したコンパクトな薄板状となる （図 1 0 )。 なお、 板状食品包装物 2を、 実施例 1におけるように少なくとも片方の主板 3 2若しくは 3 8において前 後に複数列となるように固着することで、 板状食品包装物 2が 3以上の列に重 なるようにしてもよい。 この場合、 各固着部はそれぞれの板状食品包装物 2が 付与される各主板とそれに付随する押さえ板の間に重ねて固着されることに なる。
これにより、 板状食品 1は上方に取出し可能となるので、 指で摘み上げるか あるいは直接口で垤えて取り出して、 片手が塞がつている場合でも容易に取り 出して喫食することができる。 板状食品 1を喫食する際には、 蓋板 3 8を開 き、 板状食品包装物 2の上部を包装紙の抜き取り部 6ごと摘んで引くことによ りミシン目 5を切断し板状食品 1を露出した形で取り出せる。 或いは包装紙の 抜き取り部 6のみを抜脱する。 その結果、 板状食品 1は容器内にて露出し、 上 方に取出し可能となるので、 指で摘み上げるかあるいは直接口で陧えて取り出 して、 片手が塞がっている場合でも容易に取り出して喫食することができる。 このように、 本包装体 2 0 0は、 包装体 1 0 0と同様に、 閉蓋状態でポケッ トゃバッグにしまって携帯しやすい薄板状をなすもので、 各板状食品包装物 2 は包装容器 3 1に固着され、 しかも閉蓋されているから持ち運びの際にポケッ 卜やバッグの中でバラバラになることもない。 また、 板状食品 1の取り出しも 極めて行いやすいものである。
この出願は 2 0 0 8年 1月 2 8日に出願された日本国特許出願番号 2 0 0 8 - 1 5 9 0 8からの優先権を主張するものであり、 その内容を引用してこの 出願の一部とするものである

Claims

請求の範囲
1 . 包装紙で包装された板状食品を包装容器に収容した包装体において、 包 装紙が抜き取り部と固着部とからなり、 抜き取り部と固着部との間のミシン目 を切断し抜き取り部を抜き取って開封可能になっていること、 および、 包装紙 が固着部でもつて包装容器に固着されていることを特徴とする包装体。
2 . 包装容器が多角形状の主板、 及び主板の上辺に連設された蓋板及び主板 の下辺に連設された支持板からなり、 主板及び支持板は板状食品を収納する収 納部を形成し、 包装紙の固着部が収納部の内面に固着して板状食品を包装容器 に保持していることを特徴とする請求項 1記載の包装体。
3 . 主板が四角形である、 請求項 2記載の包装体。
4. 収納部に収納された板状食品は主板側と蓋板側の複数列に並べられてお り、 主板に近い列の固着部は収納部にて主板に、 そして、 蓋板に近い列の固着 部は収納部にて枠板に固着されていることを特徴とする、 請求項 2記載の包装 体。
5 .支持板は、主板に連設し収納部の厚みを形成する側板と、側板に連設し、 側板に接する板状食品が側板と主板とで構成される角部に保持されることを 支持する枠板とからなることを特徴とする、 請求項 2記載の包装体。
6 . 側板は、 主板の蓋板が連設されていない少なくとも 3辺に設けられてい ることを特徴とする、 請求項 5記載の包装体。
7 . 蓋板は、 主板の上辺に連設される連結板と、 連結板に連設し板状食品を 覆って保護する正面板とからなることを特徴とする、 請求項 2記載の包装体。
8 . 包装容器が、 相互に閉蓋して板状食品を収容するための食品収容室を形 成する多角形状の 2つの主板と主板の遊端縁に連設された支持板とからなり、 支持板は主板と協働して固着部を固着するべく主板と接するように折り返さ れていることを特徴とする、 請求項 1記載の包装体。
9 . 主板が四角形である、 請求項 8記載の包装体。
1 0 . 少なくとも一方の支持板は、 両主板が閉蓋して食品収容室を形成した ときに、 板状食品が収納され得る厚みを形成するスぺ一サを構成することを特 徴とする、 請求項 8記載の包装体。
1 1 . スぺーサを構成する支持板は、 支持板の遊端縁に位置し主板に接触し て固着部を固着する押さえ板、 主板に建設しスぺーサの厚みを形成する下底板、 下底板に連設し且つ押さえ板と対峙してスぺ一サを形成する蓋受け板、 押さえ 板と蓋受け板との間に連設される上底板からなることを特徵とする、 請求項 1 0記載の包装体。
1 2 . スぺーサを構成しない支持板は、 主板に接触し且つ主板と協働して固 着部を固着する押さえ板からなることを特徴とする、 請求項 1 0記載の包装体。
1 3 . 各支持板と協働した両主板により固着部を固着された板状食品が、 両 主板が互いに閉蓋して食品収容室を形成したときに複数の列を構成すること を特徴とする、 請求項 8記載の包装体。
1 4. 2つの主板の間に連結板が設けられていることを特徴とする、 請求項
8記載の包装体。
1 5 . 食品収容室を形成すべく閉蓋した両主板が互いに解離しないように係 合する係合孔と係合片がそれぞれ支持板に形成されている、 請求項 8記載の包 装体。
