Description
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a package for containing sheet-like food such as chewing gum or chocolate and a method for producing the same.
Background
Conventionally, as packaging containers for storing sheet-like foods such as chewing gum and chocolate, there are packaging containers described in japanese patent No. 3955355 and japanese patent No. 3955356.
The packaging containers described in these patent documents are those in which sheet-like foods are set upright, and steps are provided in a manner such that the rear row side is higher than the front row, and the sheets are stacked in two rows, thereby compactly storing the sheets.
According to the above configuration, since the height of the sheet-like food in the packaging container on the rear row side is higher than that of the front row, the food can be easily taken out. Further, since the sheet-like food is temporarily fixed to the inside of the packaging container, for example, when the sheet-like food in the front row is taken out, the contents in the rear row can be prevented from shaking.
The thus-taken pieces of food can be tasted by peeling off the wrapper.
Further, japanese patent No. 3955356 discloses a method for manufacturing the packaging container.

Example 1
The package C of example 1 of the present invention is described below with reference to fig. 5 to 8.
In the figure, the reference numeral 1 denotes a sheet-like food such as chewing gum or chocolate, and the reference numeral 2 denotes a packaging sheet in which one or two or more kinds of paper, plastic such as polypropylene, metal such as aluminum, and the like, which are used for packaging the sheet-like food 1, are laminated, and for example, as shown in fig. 7, one side of the packaging sheet 2 is folded so as to cover a half of one side in the width direction of the sheet-like food 1, both end portions in the length direction of the packaging sheet 2 are folded, and finally, the other side of the packaging sheet 2 is folded and packaged. In fig. 7, when one side in the width direction is folded back, the corner of the fold of the packaging sheet 2 formed on the outer side of both ends in the longitudinal direction of the sheet-like food 1 is folded back obliquely inward in a manner invisible from the outside.
The packaging step is not limited to the above-described step, and for example, the step of wrapping the outer periphery of the sheet-like food 1 in the transverse direction (width direction) and folding and packaging both longitudinal end portions of the packaging sheet 2 may be performed.
The packaging with the packaging sheet 2 of the present invention includes, for example, enclosing the sheet-like food 1 in a thin plastic container.
An eyelet line (japanese ミシン mesh) as a weak portion 3 is formed in a straight line in the width direction of the sheet-like food 1 at, for example, a position slightly closer to one end than the center in the longitudinal direction of the packaging sheet 2, and the fixing portion 5 located on the one end side and the extraction portion 4 located on the other end side can be separated by cutting the packaging sheet 2 along the eyelet line.
The shape of the fragile portion 3 is not limited to the perforation line as long as it can be cut when a tensile force is applied between both end portions of the packaging sheet 2, and may be a groove or a hollow space depending on the material, thickness, cross-sectional shape, and the like of the packaging sheet 2. Therefore, for example, in the case where the sheet-like food 1 is enclosed in a plastic container as described above, the fragile portion 3 can be formed by providing a groove, a hollow space, or the like in the container.
In the figure, reference numeral 6 denotes a rectangular hard cardboard for connecting sheet-like food units 1a, which are formed by arranging six pieces of food 1 close to each other in the width direction and continuously fixing the six pieces of food to the surface of the fixing portion 5 of each sheet-like sheet 2, thereby integrally connecting the pieces of food.
In the drawing, reference numeral 41 denotes a packaging material in which a frame plate 10 is continuously provided on the lower edge of a main plate 8 via a bottom plate 9, and a cover plate 12 is continuously provided on the upper edge of the main plate 8 via a connecting plate 11. Tongue-shaped pieces 43 are continuously provided on both ends of the bottom plate 9, respectively.
A support plate 14 is continuously provided on the left edge of the main plate 8 via a side plate 13, and a support plate 16 is continuously provided on the right edge via a side plate 15.
In the figure, reference numeral 44 denotes an engaging portion formed by extending a central portion of a free end edge of the lid plate 12, and reference numeral 45 denotes an engaging hole formed by forming a notch in the frame plate 10, and both are configured to be engageable with each other.
The packaging device 41 is configured such that the connecting cardboard 6 is positioned on the bottom plate 9 side to house the sheet-like food unit 1a in a housing portion 42 surrounded by the main plate 8, the side plates 13, 15, the support plates 14, 16, the bottom plate 9, and the frame plate 10. The sheet-like food units 1a stored in the storage section 42 are fixed to the inner surface of the storage section 42 on the bottom plate 9 side, specifically, the inner surface of at least one of the main plate 8, the side plates 13 and 15, the support plates 14 and 16, the bottom plate 9, and the frame plate 10 on the bottom plate 9 side, at one point or two or more points on the connecting cardboard 6 by a hot melt adhesive or the like.
In addition, in the embodiment, the number of the sheet-like food items 1 constituting the sheet-like food item unit 1a is six, but this number may be changed as appropriate, and the sizes of the connecting cardboard 6 and the packaging material 41 may be changed as appropriate in accordance with the number of the sheet-like food items 1 of the sheet-like food item unit 1 a.
Further, in the present embodiment, the number of the sheet food units 1a is two, but this number may be changed as appropriate, and the sizes (widths) of the side plates 13, 15, the bottom plate 9, and the linking plate 11 may be changed as appropriate in accordance with the number of the sheet food units 1 a. In view of the volume of the food and the portability as a package, the number of the sheet-like food units 1a is preferably about two, but a thin portable package that accommodates only one may be provided.
In the package C of the present embodiment, two sheet-like food units 1a are housed in a housing portion 42 in a state of being lined up in two front and rear rows, wherein the housing portion 42 is formed by standing up the side plates 13 and 15 and the bottom plate 9 with respect to the main plate 8 in a state where the connecting cardboard sheet 6 of the sheet-like food unit 1a is positioned on the bottom plate 9 side and the two sheet-like food units 1a are superposed and placed on the main plate 8, and then bending the support plates 14 and 16 and the frame plate 10 with respect to the side plates 13 and 15 and the bottom plate 9, respectively, and fixing them with an adhesive or the like.
Then, the cover 12 is folded in this state, and the engaging portion 44 of the cover 12 is engaged with the engaging hole 45 to close the cover.
Since the package C has a compact thin plate shape in which the sheet-like food items 1 are stacked in two rows and stored, the cost of the packaging equipment can be reduced.
The above-mentioned parts can be fixed by adhesion or welding with an adhesive or a bonding material such as a tape.
When the sheet-like food 1 is to be tasted, the cover 12 is opened by disengaging the engaging portion 44 from the engaging hole 45, and the upper portion of the packaging sheet 2 packaging the sheet-like food 1 is gripped and pulled out, whereby the packaging sheet 2 is cut along the fragile portion 3 and the pull-out portion 4 is pulled out as shown in fig. 8.
Thus, the portion of the sheet-like food 1 located in the fixing portion 5 of the packaging sheet 2 is exposed, and therefore, the sheet-like food can be taken out easily and tasted at will by pinching the portion with a finger or by gripping the portion directly with a mouth. Therefore, even if the taster cannot leave the food with one hand, the food can be taken out and tasted at will by directly gripping the food with the mouth.
As described above, the package C of the present embodiment is not only in a compact sheet shape which can be easily carried in a closed state in a pocket or a bag, but also in a state in which each sheet-like food 1 is fixed to the packaging material 41 by the fixing portion 5 of the packaging sheet 2 of the sheet-like food 1 with the connecting cardboard 6, and the lid is closed by the lid plate 12, so that there is no trouble that the food is scattered in the pocket or the bag at the time of carrying.
In addition, the sheet-like food 1 can be taken out very easily and quickly by cutting the packaging sheet 2 along the fragile portion 3 to expose a part of the food.
Next, an example of a method for manufacturing the package C on a manufacturing line will be described in order of steps.
(Individual packaging Process)
Each of the plurality of sheet-like food items 1 is packaged with a packaging sheet 2 (step (a) of fig. 5).
(alignment procedure)
Six individually packaged sheet-like food products 1 are arranged in proximity to each other in the width direction of the sheet-like food product 1 (step (b) in fig. 5).
(Unit formation Process)
One rectangular piece of the hard cardboard 6 for connection is continuously brought into contact with each of the six pieces of the sheet-like food 1 in a state of being bent along the center line in the longitudinal direction of the hard cardboard 6 on the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixing portion 5 of each of the six pieces of the sheet-like food 1 arranged adjacently, and is fixed by a hot melt adhesive or the like, thereby forming a sheet-like food unit 1a in which approximately 1/2 length portions on the fixing portion 5 side in the longitudinal direction of each of the packaging sheets 2 are covered on both sides by the hard cardboard 6 for connection (step (c) of fig. 5). Such fixing may be performed on both the upper surface and the lower surface of the fixing portion 5, or may be performed on either surface, depending on the required fixing strength and the like. The connecting cardboard 6 may be paper, plastic film, metal foil, or a composite sheet of two or more of these. For example, aluminum tape (band) paper obtained by laminating aluminum foil and paper is preferable as follows: since the aluminum foil has high shape retention due to the rigidity thereof, the subsequent process can be easily performed, and since the aluminum has high thermal conductivity, the heat generated by the heat source for bonding (Japanese: ヒ - タ I) is easily transmitted to the hot melt adhesive. In the illustrated example, both ends in the width direction of the sheet-like food product of the hard cardboard 6 for connection continuously fixed to both surfaces of the fixing portion 5 of each packaging sheet 2 extend outward from both ends in the width direction of the six sheet-like food products 1 to be connected. This is because the extended portion is folded inward, and the wrapping sheets 2 can be more firmly held by the connecting cardboard 6, and the sheet-like food units 1a can be easily handled in the subsequent stacking step of the sheet-like food units 1a and the like. Therefore, when the reinforcement is not required by using, for example, thick paper or the like as the hard sheet 6 for connection, the extension portion may not be formed.
(transporting step)
The two sheet-like food units 1a are stacked in two layers in the same direction with the extended portions of the two sheet-like food units 1a folded inward, while the sheet-like food units 1a are conveyed and rotated 180 ° in the horizontal direction (reversed) (step (d) in fig. 5). In this case, the cardboard sheets 6 for connecting the two sheet-like food units may not be fixed to each other. The reversing operation is performed so that the joint 50 of the packaging sheet 2 formed when the sheet-like food item 1 is packaged with the packaging sheet 2 does not appear on the front surface in the state where the sheet-like food item unit 1a is stored in the storage section 42, and may be omitted as necessary, from the viewpoint of maintaining the appearance.
(hard sheet paper storage step)
The sheet-like food units 1a stacked in two are placed on the main board 8 of the cardboard of the packaging device 41 in such a direction that the respective connecting cardboard sheets 6 are positioned on the bottom board 9 side, and the lower sheet-like food unit 1a is fixed to the main board 8 (step (e) of fig. 5).
(fixation step)
The bottom plate 9 is bent at the boundary line with the main plate 8, the tongue-shaped pieces 43 are bent with respect to the bottom plate 9, the side plates 13 and 15 are bent at the boundary line with the main plate 8 so as to cover the tongue-shaped pieces 43, the support plates 14 and 16 are bent at the boundary lines with the side plates 13 and 15, and the inner surfaces of the plates are fixed to the upper surface of the hard sheet 6 for connection of the plate-shaped food unit 1a placed above the main plate 8 by an adhesive or the like (step (f) of fig. 5). The tongue-shaped pieces 43 are provided to prevent gaps from being generated between the side plates 13 and 15 and the bottom plate 9 when the housing portion 42 is formed, and are preferably provided from the viewpoints of appearance, hygiene, and maintenance of mechanical strength of the housing portion 42, but may be omitted. In addition, regarding the shape, size, and the like of each support plate 14, 16, approximately half of the portion of the longitudinal direction bottom plate 9 side of each support plate that overlaps the connecting cardboard 6 of the upper sheet-like food unit 1a needs to have a width that can secure sufficient fixation to the connecting cardboard 6 and the frame plate 10. However, since the remaining portion of each support plate 14, 16, that is, approximately half of the length on the side of the web 11, is not used for fixing, the width is reduced so that no obstacle occurs when taking out each sheet-like food 1 from the completed package, particularly taking out each sheet-like food 1 located at both ends of the sheet-like food unit 1 a. Although this portion may not be provided, it is preferably provided from the viewpoint of appearance, hygiene, maintenance of mechanical strength of the package, and the like.
(step of superposition)
The frame plate 10 is bent with respect to the bottom plate 9, and both end portions of the frame plate 10 are fixed to the support plates 14 and 16 on the hard sheet 6 for connection of the upper sheet-like food unit 1a, respectively, by an adhesive or the like (step (g) of fig. 5). When the sheet-like food 1 is fixed as described above, the frame plate 10 is provided to have a length along the longitudinal direction of the sheet-like food such that the appearance of the connecting cardboard 6 is not visible from the outside, and the sheet-like food 1 is not obstructed when taken out.
(folding step)
The cover plate 12 is folded onto the frame plate 10 by bending the connecting plate 11 with respect to the main plate 8 and bending the cover plate 12 with respect to the connecting plate 11 (step (h) of fig. 5).
According to the above-described method for producing the package C, such steps are simple, and therefore, the process can be performed at low cost, and the sheet-like food 1 can be reliably stored in the packaging material 41 without being disassembled.
Example 2
A package a according to example 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 and 2. In the drawings, the same components as those in embodiment 1 are denoted by the same reference numerals as those in fig. 5 to 8.
In the figure, reference numeral 1 represents a sheet-like food product similar to example 1, and reference numeral 2 represents a packaging sheet similar to example 1. The same perforation line as in example 1 as the fragile portion 3 was formed in the packaging sheet 2.
In the drawing, reference numeral 7 denotes a packaging material in which a frame plate 10 is continuously provided on the lower edge of a main plate 8 via a bottom plate 9, and a cover plate 12 is continuously provided on the upper edge of the main plate 8 via a connecting plate 11.
A support plate 14 is continuously provided on the left edge of the main plate 8 via a side plate 13, and a support plate 16 is continuously provided on the right edge via a side plate 15.
A support plate 18 is continuously provided on the left edge of the frame plate 10 via a side plate 17, and a support plate 20 is continuously provided on the right edge via a side plate 19.
In the figure, reference numeral 21 denotes an engaging piece provided to protrude from a free end edge of the cover plate 12, and reference numeral 22 denotes an engaging hole formed by forming a notch between the bottom plate 9 and the frame plate 10, and both are configured to be engageable with each other.
The packaging device 7 is configured to house the first sheet-like food unit 1a in a first housing portion 23 surrounded by the main plate 8, the side plates 13, 15, and the support plates 14, 16, and to house the second sheet-like food unit 1a in a second housing portion 24 surrounded by the frame plate 10, the side plates 17, 19, and the support plates 18, 20. The sheet-like food units 1a stored in the storage sections 23 and 24 are fixed to the inner surfaces of the bent support plates 14, 16, 18, and 20 on the hard sheet 6 for connecting the sheet-like food units 1 a.
In addition, in the embodiment, the number of the sheet-like food items 1 constituting the sheet-like food item unit 1a is six, but this number may be changed as appropriate, and the sizes of the connecting cardboard 6 and the packaging material 7 may be changed as appropriate in accordance with the number of the sheet-like food items 1 of the sheet-like food item unit 1 a.
In the package a of the present embodiment, the main plate 8 and the frame plate 10 are raised with respect to the bottom plate 9 in a state where the sheet-like food units 1a are stored in the first storage section 23 and the second storage section 24, respectively, and the two storage sections 23 and 24 are folded and stacked, and the outer surfaces of the support plates 14 and 16 on the first storage section 23 side and the support plates 18 and 20 on the second storage section 24 side which face each other are fixed to each other by an adhesive or the like, whereby the sheet-like food units 1 are stored in the storage sections 23 and 24 which are already combined in a state of being arranged in two front and rear rows.
In this embodiment, the support plates 14 and 16 and the support plates 18 and 20 may not be bonded to each other.
Then, the cover plate 12 is folded in this state, and the engaging piece 21 of the cover plate 12 is engaged with the engaging hole 22 to close the cover plate.
Since the package a has a compact thin plate shape in which the sheet-like food items 1 are stacked in two rows and stored, the cost of packaging equipment can be reduced.
The above-mentioned parts can be fixed by adhesion with an adhesive or a bonding material such as a tape, or by mash welding.
When the sheet-like food 1 is to be tasted, as described in example 1, the cover plate 12 is opened by disengaging the engaging piece 21 from the engaging hole 22, and the upper portion of the packaging sheet 2 packaging each sheet-like food 1 is gripped and pulled out, whereby the packaging sheet 2 is cut along the fragile portion 3, and the pull-out portion 4 is pulled out.
Thus, the sheet-like food 1 is exposed at the top, and can be easily taken out and tasted at will by being pinched with a finger or being directly gripped with a mouth. Therefore, even if the taster cannot leave the food with one hand, the food can be taken out and tasted at will by directly gripping the food with the mouth.
As described above, the package a of the present embodiment is not only in a compact sheet shape which can be easily carried in a closed state in a pocket or a bag, but also in a state in which each sheet-like food 1 is fixed to the packaging material 7 by the connecting cardboard 6 and the lid is closed by the lid plate 12, and therefore, there is no trouble of being scattered in a pocket or a bag during carrying.
In addition, the sheet-like food 1 can be taken out very easily and quickly by cutting the packaging sheet 2 along the fragile portion 3 to expose the upper portion of the food easily.
Next, an example of a method for manufacturing the package a on a manufacturing line in order of steps will be described.
(Individual packaging Process)
Each of the plurality of sheet-like food items 1 is packaged with a packaging sheet 2 (step (a) in fig. 1).
(alignment procedure)
Six individually packaged sheet-like food products 1 are arranged in proximity to each other in the width direction of the sheet-like food product 1 (step (b) in fig. 1).
(Unit formation Process)
The sheet-like food units 1a are formed by continuously placing the connecting cardboard 6 on the upper surfaces of the fixing portions 5 of the packaging sheets 2 of the six closely arranged sheet-like food items 1 and then fixing them with an adhesive or the like (step (c) in fig. 1). In the figure, reference numeral 25 denotes a cardboard box for providing the connecting cardboard 6.
(transporting step)
The pair of sheet-like food units 1a are conveyed in parallel after being arranged in two rows, and one of them is rotated by 180 ° in the horizontal direction to face the direction opposite to the other sheet-like food unit 1a, thereby changing the direction (step (d) in fig. 1).
(hard sheet paper setting step 1)
The sheet-like food units 1a in one row conveyed in the two-row state are placed on the frame plate 10 of the cardboard of the packaging material 7 to be conveyed separately in such a direction that the connecting cardboard 6 is positioned on the bottom plate 9 side. The side plates 13, 15, 17, and 19 of the sheets are raised together with the support plates 14, 16, 18, and 20 at the boundary lines between the sheets and the main plate 8 and the frame plate 10 (step (e) in fig. 1).
(hard sheet paper setting step 2)
Next, the sheet-like food units 1a conveyed as another row are placed on the cardboard main plate 8 of the packaging material 7 in such a direction that the connecting cardboard 6 of the sheet-like food units 1a is positioned on the bottom plate 9 side.
(supporting plate fixing step)
The support plates 14, 16, 18, and 20 are bent at the boundary lines with the side plates 13, 15, 17, and 19 of the support plates, and the inner surfaces of the support plates are fixed to the upper surfaces of the hard sheet 6 for connecting the sheet-like food units 1a placed on the main plate 8 and the frame plate 10 by an adhesive or the like (step (f) in fig. 1).
(step of superposition)
The housing portions 24 are folded and overlapped on the housing portions 23, and the support plates 18 and 14 and the support plates 20 and 16 facing each other are fixed to each other with an adhesive or the like as necessary (step (g) of fig. 1).
(folding step)
The cover plate 12 is folded onto the frame plate 10 by bending the connecting plate 11 with respect to the main plate 8 and bending the cover plate 12 with respect to the connecting plate 11 (step (h) of fig. 1).
According to the above-described method for producing the package a, such steps are simple, and therefore, the process can be performed at low cost, and the sheet-like food 1 can be reliably stored in the packaging material 7 without being disassembled.
Example 3
A package B of the present embodiment, which is different from the package a of example 2 in the form of a packaging material, will be described with reference to fig. 3, 4A and 4B.
Since the packaging material 31 is different from the packaging material 7 of example 2 mainly in the shape of the support plate, the same reference numerals as those in fig. 1 and 2 are given to the same parts in the drawings as those of the packaging material 7 of example 2.
Notches 14b, 16b, 18b, and 20b are formed in the support plates 14a, 16a, 18a, and 20a of the cardboard of the packaging material 31, respectively, on the upper side of the support plates. Further, a fastening piece 33 is provided continuously through the weakened portion 32 at a position overlapping the hard sheet 6 for connection of the sheet-like food unit 1a housed in the second housing portion 24 at each of the free end edges of the support plates 18a, 20 a.
In the production of the packaging machine 31, two sheet-like food units 1a are stored in the storage sections 23 and 24, respectively, in the same production process as that of the packaging machine 7 of example 2.
The manufacturing process of the package a of example 2 was different from the following steps: in the overlapping step, when the housing section 23 and the housing section 24 are folded and overlapped, the upper surfaces of the fixing pieces 33 are fixed to the hard sheet 6 for connecting the sheet-like food units 1a housed in the housing section 23, without fixing the support plates 18a and 20a and the support plates 14a and 16a facing the support plates 18a and 20 a.
After going through the same folding step as the manufacturing step of example 1, the sheet-like food 1 is stacked in two rows in the package B and stored in the two storage portions 23 and 24.
The advantages of the present package B compared with the package a of example 2 are as follows.
That is, in the present package B, since the overlapped state of the two storage portions 23 and 24 is maintained by adhering the fixing piece 33 to the connecting cardboard 6 on the first storage portion 23 side, when the storage portion 23 and the storage portion 24 overlapped with each other are once fixed and opened again, the fixing piece 33 is cut at the fragile portion 32 and remains in a state of being fixed to the connecting cardboard 6 on the first storage portion 23 side. Therefore, no trace of peeling off the adhesive or the like is left on the opposing surfaces of the two housing portions 23, 24 (fig. 4B). Therefore, when the two overlapped housing portions 23, 24 are opened to take out the sheet-like food 1, the cleanness and freshness can be maintained without spoiling the appearance of the packaging material 31.
